This is a hidden gem inside the supermarket. The ladies are always lovely, helpful, considerate, and cheerful. The drinks are always good and they make sure it is too your liking. I also appreciate that they keep coming up with new flavors. My new favorite drink is the Sour Patch Kids. YOU MUST TRY IT!!! It tastes exactly like a Sour Patch Kid. The omakase is also a fun option. They asked me what I liked and any restrictions (I have fruit allergies) and they came up with a tasty drink. Food is also good and they can heat them up for you. We come here at least once a week.

I am always amazed at the quality and delicious flavors for everything I try at Cafe Bubbly. Pan-Asian fusion, like bulgogi onigiri, are as tasty, as they are fun to try, as well as homemade by the mother and daughter team. The care and craft of their cafe is seen in all their drinks: think Manhattan mixologist, meets favorite local restaurant owner.
Can’t wait to be back again!
Vegetarian options: Bulgogi veggie onigiri is amazing! Earthy mushrooms, and flavors pair well with the dirty taro latte!

Café Bubbly in Hicksville, I found it to be a charming little boba shop, conveniently located within the A-Mart. My first impression of this place was greeted by friendly staffs. I was blown away by the wide array of drink selection that the owner updates regularly, and you can see that she keeps up with the trends. My go-to drinks are osmanthus orange and banana latte. The food is also delightful. I've tried their taiyaki, onigiri's, and garlic bread. 5 stars and more!!
