Daughter and I were in a mood for ice cream and I am addicted to the Carvelanche! Came to this establishment and I have to give a review because the super clean atmosphere, the nice staff and the generous portions really impressed me!
I got the Carvelanche at another spot and after it was blended it was halfway down and that’s it, but this place after it was blended they topped it even more and filled to the top!
My daughter’s sorbet wasn’t small either as she couldn’t even finish a small portion! I always believed that places should give a little more just to make customers happy and want to come back and I will definitely come back!

Just drove here and it says business hours close at 10:30. It’s 10:20 and all I needed was a sheet cake. Doors were locked and owner refused to sell me the cake even though I was there 10 minutes before closing time.

I really like carvel but the owner is super rude. She's very passive aggressive and I'm not the biggest fan of her. But it is clean and the ice cream is amazing. The service is just god awful lol

Kid-friendliness: If you drop your ice cream she gets really mad and passive aggressive (I dropped my ice cream here when I was 8 and she (the owner) yelled at me)

Initially I went another carvel and was told they wouldn’t do the design I was asking for. I decided to come to this carvel and showed them a picture of what I wanted. It’s exactly what I wanted! Thank you so much!!!

This location will increase cost of cup of a topping by as much as 100 percent over a neighboring Carvel Store.This store was confronted with a comparison receipt from a Carvel neighbor store for the same topping and same sizecup a few days after original purchase. The store acknowledged that their price was much higher (100 percent higher).Their response was that not all Carvel Stores are the same. When asked, the company instructs customers that CarvelStores are franchised and that any store with the Carvel franchise can charge whatever they want as an independentbusiness in that regard.
