Ordered 3 large sundaes on Grubhub . Only received 2 . My slip on the stapled bag Said 2 large sundaes a certain way and one large sundae a certain way . Maybe the owner should tell these nit wits that work there to learn how to read a ticket . Paid a lot of money to not be satisfied. Will never order from there again.

This location will increase cost of cup of a topping by as much as 100 percent over a neighboring Carvel Store.This store was confronted with a comparison receipt from a Carvel neighbor store for the same topping and same sizecup a few days after original purchase. The store acknowledged that their price was much higher (100 percent higher).Their response was that not all Carvel Stores are the same. When asked, the company instructs customers that CarvelStores are franchised and that any store with the Carvel franchise can charge whatever they want as an independentbusiness in that regard.

I cannot believe walked in here with my two young SonsTo get ice cream And there were bugs all over the buckets of ice cream I don't know if they were roaches. I could not deal with any of this I've never seen anything like it Most Carvel's are very cleanThis place is absolutely not clean... just sell cans of whipped cream Can't hurt yourself with that

Carvel was a new name to me until I moved to New York.Countless locations on Long Island and superb tasting ice cream and cakes.I always order online and pick up here.They have ready to eat cakes at all times in this store and customizing them online is a breeze.The ice-cream cake is really good and you can get a fudge top for extra $.The customisation cakes are really cute and vary from season to season.I have always got cute ice cream cakes here for special occasions and everyone loves them.My child is a huge lover of the chocolate cookie crumble that is their signature flavour.I am a fan and Carvel is a name I am not bound to forget anytime soon!
