The worst Charleys I have ever been to. Under staff on a busy lunch hour Sunday 1/28/2024. I ordered a large fries and waited for 15 mins. The guy who was serving gave me a regular fries and insisted that was a large fries. I asked him then what's the difference between large and regular and he just ignored me. REALLY?! Food is really below average. Go figure out. 2.8 star is really a compliment to this Charleys.

The woman employee VERY VERY RUDEand Nasty speaker. The kids menu include oreo snack but if they don't have, they have to announced before I paid But she didn't and attitude is very bad. When I complained about it she yelling me also.

A nasty-speaking man around the age of 40 to 50 cashier (half bold head) takes my nerves. It felt like I could punch his face so hard because of the way he was arguably talking. So rude and charged for larger meals or combos without mentioning what size you were ordering.

Whoever worked today at the front desk and was picking up calls is extremely rude. He was rude to my Uber eats driver. Said they don’t have to go containers despite fulfilling online orders which you need takeout containers for. Didn’t report to Uber that he didn’t have the items in my order. Missing my drink and missing my fries from my combo. I called to ask his name and he hung up and said well you already got your food. Maybe he’s having a terrible day but that’s for him to deal with. I was nothing but respectful and even as I’m telling him have a good day I got hung up on. I have a small lunch break and now I have to postpone it and order a new lunch since this man is extremely aggressive and refuses to do what those 15$/ hr pay him for.

The cheese steak and fries are tasty but there seems to be a bit of a language barrier, or hearing issue with one of the guys that works there. Can’t hold that against him if hearing issue.

The amount of food safety violations I noticed at this place was insane. And the food was subpar. Guy didn’t even wear gloves when making my sandwiches.

I am a big fan of Charley’s , but this store is the worst , you really need to find a way to fix it or u will lose ur good reputation, it’s 2nd time I buy a Philly steak sandwich and I make sure it comes with mushrooms, first time I let it go 2nd time after I got my sandwich I checked there was no mushrooms , I asked the guy who works there ,did u put mushroom ?! he said yes I did , I took a bite and there wasn’t any , so I returned the sandwich and the same guy was still lying saying I put a mushrooms but it melted lool front of his manager and he agreed with him ??‍♂️ anyway they gave me raw mushrooms looool

This place is mean and they didn't get my order right and he made what ever he wanted and it was not the right ingredients. I payed him and he got my order wrong 3 times and screamed at me do not go there it SUCKS?!

rude and slow. ordering for office lunch, had to ask for receipt 3 times man behind the counter kept saying okay and then walking away without giving it to me then got annoyed when I asked again and finally gave the receipt to me.he was the only one working during lunch rush so I think he was overwhelmed but still never coming here ever again. will go out of my way to not come here.

Rip off!!!!! I asked for regular combo and small combo and without telling me they charged me for large fries. And the size of the sandwiches were the same. No difference in small and regular size. I didn't ask for it. When I asked, they said that's how it is. This was my first time going there. Never going back there again. Besides the Philly cheesesteak sucked. It was bland. No taste and very little steak in it.

Employee forgot to give me fries with my order and then gave me attitude and got annoyed when I asked for it like it was my fault.

Low quality workers. The cashier took his time acknowledging me and when he finally does he rudely proceeds to ask me: "what do you want?" No wonder you work here buddy and probably always will. Zero social skills. Its incredible how these individuals fail to realize that the customer is the sole reason why you are in business and acquire your pay check. Get these guys out of here! They do not deserve this job! Give it to people who will actually appreciate it and treat people with dignity, instead of as a bother. Hire people who actually want to work. Absolutely despicable.

Loyal customer to the brand but by far the worst experience with food and customer service.... Guy preparing my food was clueless, asked me three times what my order was and still got it wrong. There were only 2 people waiting for food! Food was not assembled well and was very sloppy. They need to get it together.
