This location is a complete joke! No matter what time of day I come they ALWAYS take soo long especially in the drive thru. This is an absolute shame. The person who came up to my car to take my order did not have the chick fil a “spirit” they are always advertising and I felt very rushed when he took my order.

Mario was so helpful and really went out of his way to accommodate us, we drove 30 min to grab breakfast and it had turned into lunch time menu and he was very attentive and went out of his way to request we still get the breakfast menu. Great customer service and also super friendly always! Thank you. ??

I had ordered at the drive through, with a physical girl there taking our order, explained to her I have a severe gluten allergy and I would like the fries to be fried separately and the gloves to be changed when preparing my food. I had ordered the grilled nuggets, number 8, with reminding her I have a gluten allergy. I did not receive anything I asked for. Super disappointed and waste of money. I have never had an issue with any other Chick Fil A on Long Island with my gluten allergy except this specific location in Hicksville. Will not be going back.

I love chick fil a, and this location is fantastic.Food is always fresh, comes out super quick, and never disappoints. The last time I was there was the first time I got the breakfast. The biscuit was super buttery and flakey. The chicken was tender and flavorful as expected. The hashbrowns were crispy outside and fluffy inside.Great option for a fast breakfast. Always a good pick for a chicken sandwich.Parking: Huge lot.
