It really is a rip off. The portions were lackluster, the food was covered in flies - go to any other place in this food court. Avoid Chinese gourmet for your piece of mind.

This place is the worst ever. A woman and an older Chinese people run this place. I went there on Thursday afternoon with my girlfriend. Have not been to this mall in forever. Figured try something different. We ordered a small orange chicken and a ice tea $9.50. Ok so we sat down, food was cold and just not very good. So I approached them letting them know that I was not satisfied with the food I would like my money back. Immediately the man started to curse me out, I was shocked, the woman offered to microwave the food because it was cold. I explained to her I don't want microwave warmed up food. She offered me something else. I Said very politely no ty I would just like my money back. The man completely cursed me out and they went into the register and they throw in my face $5.00 bucks and they Said just go. Thats all I get. So I paid $4.50 for an ice tea. They refused to give me my extra 2 bucks . It was not the 2 bucks , I can care less it was the principle. You can't treat people like that. I called mall security, which I never encountered the most unprofessional security guards ever. The most ghetto security I have ever encountered. They laughed at me and said good luck . So I called 911. I know by law they didn't have to give me my money back but again it was the principle. Cops came and the Chinese people gave the cops a attitude too. Never got my money back. Never go to this spot ever
My favorite hidden gem. They make the best BONELESS SPARE RIBS around! Always compliment it with their bourbon chicken and string beans. At $10.50 still an affordable meal!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are very rude and quite mean. After buying food for our family of 5, they refused to give us an extra fork and empty container so we could eat and even yelled at me for asking. One star is too many.

Lets be clear here. This is a mall food court . Its good. There are cultural differences here, dont take it personal..Pick up your food, pay and leave. There are no samples, its their business they can do what they want. Their prices are pretty good than the other local mall.
