I am writing this review because Eric the manager made our experience so amazing!!! We drove over an hour to come here and he helped us in every way! 10/10

A kid will always be a kid once you get back into any location

Best place for kids and the staff is so so great. I would really recommend couple of members like Dayana ( she's the best best employee), Gloria (she usually put the stamp on hand) is a pleasant person and their manager eddy(if I'm not wrong). He always greet the customers with a big smile. Love going there.

Went to this location with my grandson for a birthday party. I walked in and out without any questions from their security. I was never stamped or questioned. My 4 year old grandson had to go to the bathroom. It was disgusting. The toilet was plugged and full. The floor around the urinals was puddled and again disgusting. I would never go there again and never let my grandson go again

Best pizzas ever and the arcade and games good to make my 3 year old happy 😊

7 parties going on at once, including my niece and her friend's. The place is clean, plenty of games, and the pizza wasnt half bad. Good kids spot.

Terrible service in general, food not only took ages but was also raw, dirty bathroom, there were mile-long lines, only one person to serve more than 15 people, and in special the person in the trampoline zone was like a door! My child fell, cried, hurt himself, but she didn't even look at him.
Totally irresponsible just a terrible service for a really high price. We will definitely never return. If you care about your child and there safety, don't take them to this place.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My daughter got hurt not even a minute after being in the play area. We rushed her to urgent care and she had a concussion, swelling, bruising etc. Who in their right mind puts hard plastic handing objects in a toddler supposedly padded play area? Was supposed to get an incident report, waited 2 days and nothing. Called the location who finally told me I had to call corporate. Called corporate and they gave me a number and refused to provide a copy of the report. The manager at the location didn't even talk to me or ask how it happened so how would they know what to put on the report? BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. THE STAFF DOESN'T CARE AND CORPORATE WASN'T EVEN HELPFUL.

Smaller establishment. Cheesy bread was nit hit both visits. I really go there cause its smaller so its usually less chaos. Location is tucked so not the easiest to find. Parking is also scarce as its shared with a shopping complex. Not the best location but doable.

This place is decently priced and the staff is very accommodating I gave 4 stars because my girl got a cut once on a machine and they kinda didn’t know what to do at all but other then that i enjoyed are experiences at this location and will go back

Poor customer service, waited on huge line only to get my turn, had to wait for manager to fix the register, finally ordered food, as I write this its been almost an hour waiting for a pizza and cheese bread, place is not that crowded, 2 bday parties so no excuse. Very expensive to wait this long.

Great service! Giselle at the cash register was very helpful and patient! Kids had fun too!
