She told me i had to download the app. I was having issues with the phone service in the mall and she just kept repeating herself "you need the app, you have to download the app" so I just left. I will not be returning

The worker there did not know how to use a gift card properly.She charged the gift card and took the full amount from me in cash also saying the gift card didn't go through.Did not give any receipt either.

i have to let yall know that there is an upset dinosaur works here during the day,no matter howyou approach her,she will make you feel some type of way...always mad,never smiles,oh by the way I go here2 or 3 times s a day to buy coffee because it's only a dollar for mall employees, each time she would ask me what I want,each time I tell her coffee ,each time she ask me how I like it ,each and everytime I get it the same way same way I tell her milk and sugar....How bout "coffee again?" Or "usual?" As a question?but no...their coffee machine been broken last two days ,today she got mad because I asked again today to see if they fix it....

Went to the broadway mall location today and was suprised by the customer service I received. I asked for her name because she was soo sweet and friendly. She said her name was Miriam. All the items looked sooo fresh and delicious the store was clean and I just loved her attitude. I went towards the end of the day so I was very surprise of how upbeat she was and how the cinnabons looked super fresh. I recommend it!

Very sad I left work and came here bc it said the hours changed to 10am and I got here and it's a lie, there was a lady making bons but they were still closed. Very sad now I'm stuck for an hour after working all night at a hospital and ugh idk what to do my home is 30 min away so I'm kinda stuck waiting

(Yes it blows my mind too that they use hot chocolate packets and not the real deal). Anyway, THEN ask for a little milk. It will make all the difference. Oh, and yes their Cinnabon’s are to die for.

So disappointed. Walked up to buy the mini Cinnabons. The ladys were speaking and one told the other to take a few back. Wasn't sure why. When I ordered 4- 4pks the lady was told to bring one 4pk back. When I got home realized one was still raw. The other 3-4pks that were sitting were rock hard. Haven't ate cinnabon for such a long time and this made me not want it anymore. So glad my kids did not eat the raw ones because they would have not known and most likely could have gotten sick. I would have owned that cinnabon location after a mishap like that.
