I called to cancel my order because it took them 40 minutes to “prep” the pizza. I was on hold for 20 minutes trying to cancel it but no one ever picked up. Based on other reviews, I am not the first person to have this kind of experience. I hope they get some better training and learn how to answer phones one day.

Worst place to buy piza from this store. Don’t go tgere. 3. Of my family members got sick after eating their pizza. Domino needs to close this store. I called to inform about our situation. They hung my phone. Do not think of getting pizza from tgem even its free. Not worthy.. Trust me!

I don’t usually leave comments. But I am very disappointed with this store. Got my delivery but it was a wrong item. I called the store and explained the situation. The person on the phone said that he would send a new one. Now I‘ve been waiting for the replacement for almost 2 hours. While waiting I tried to contact the store again numerous times but no one answered. I was on hold 15+ minutes each time. I understand that a wrong item could be delivered but how they had handled the situation just got me so angry. As a matter of fact they lied to a customer. I am not sure why Domino’s App does not allow me to select a store. Otherwise I would not select this store to order. No wonder they have such very poor ratings.

V bad experience. I ordered 4 large pozzas. 2 with 4 topings, but i got only 2 toppings and when i called for complaint my call was badly responded and hanged up twice. I don't know where to file complaint?
They messed up on the pizza order and put pepperoni on a pizza when it was supposed to be jalapeños (vegetarian) and said they can’t send the delivery guy with the new pizza because he won’t get paid for it. This guy who claimed to be the assistant manager named Wilson then hung up on me and when I called the store back they won’t pick up. Awful service.

Ordered pizza on a snow day. Called the store to check order, waited for 10 min on the phone and no one answered. Drove almost 20 min through snow to get there, then find out they cancelled the order for no reason. Terrible service, do not go to this location.
