When I called to confirm, friendly employee was happy to explain.Great, quick service with plenty of employees for a crowded night, very easy to go in and out with my order. Tons of topping choices compared to other chains, especially since they offer anchovies.It seemed like a well-made pizza, and sometimes they have great deals.... But nobody out-pizzas the 'Hut!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian toppings, such as many cheeses along w the usual veggies.Dietary restrictions: Unlike some other chains, they do offer anchovies.Parking: Plenty of spots in front and even more in the back, quick walk from either. It's a one-way road in the parking lot, so be careful! I've seen people coming in the wrong direction, and it's not a very wide road.

Wanted a last-minute late night pizza on the way home from work…of course Domino’s was the one to call. Attempted to go with the Massapequa store at first, as it is the next closest store to my house. To my surprise I was told that even though they were open for another 16 minutes that they could not take my order as I was almost to the store. This Domino’s had an answering service which was pleasant and very welcoming, which was very nice, considering I was just shot down by the other dominoes only a couple minutes before. My order was taken with ease as I was driving to the store to which I only arrived a few minutes after, and my pizza was already on its way out of the oven, the staff was pleasant even though they were also cleaning up and trying to close. Service with the smile and full of energy even though it was 2 AM. I will give Massapequa another shot. I’m sure, but this Domino’s will definitely be in my rotation, go to. Even if it’s a little out of my way I appreciate the way they handled my last-minute order , especially comparing that To be discarded by the Massapequa store. On top of that the pizza looks excellent. Can’t wait to get home and relax after my day at work and enjoy it. Thank you, Hicksville Domino’s!!

Visiting New York from Canada. We were hungry and it was late at night. After checking into a hotel we were in search of food. It was late at night. We were happy to find this pizza place open. The freshly made pizza tasted heavenly. The price was good.Vegetarian options: There is wide variety of vegetation toppings options.

This place dropped my pizza in front on me, took it to the back, put it back in the same broken box and proceeded to give it to me with a straight face when I asked if it was the same pizza. Unbelievable, they didn’t throw it away when I asked them to make me a new one. I hope they didn’t give it to somebody else. Never coming back! So glad it was free from the app.

After a long 12 hour day of teaching the day before a 3-day weekend I decided to reward myself with some dominos. I also had a free pizza to use so I decided I'd use that and buy some bread bites too because I was starving. I order the pizza and bread, go to the restaurant and wait for them to make it. I get there and the man at the counter takes so long to get to me and when he finally does... there was a "problem with the system" and I'm not getting the pizza I ordered, just the bread. Made my bad day terrible. So upset and they could have just made the pizza and it would not have been any skin off their nose. At 10pm on a Thursday I wouldn't assume they were excruciatingly busy. But their service was disgusting and humanity is lost on them. Do not go here.

Consistently good qualityEdit: they ran out of the 20 oz diet cokes was told I would get 1 2L bottle, delivery driver returned with 2x 2L bottles. I placed an order from Domino's store number 3633 they sent the wrong pizza. I called back complained they asked me what do I want told them the right pizza. It took them 5. In or repeating sausage and pineapple over and over the guy on the phone said he will bring it himself. I waited about an hour a little more no pizza than called again and was told it was put in for pickup told the manager my whole order at this point should be refunded . I have been waiting 2 hours and 30 min to eat dinner. The manger is extremely rude Bentley. The people on this staff are incompetent was told when I called back after 2 plus hours the manager was not in than I asked again when he will be in and he was there. I have never dealt with such a terrible staff. How they didn’t notice the correct pizza sitting there for over 30 min not being picked up understand the order.we spent close to 77 dollars on this order wasted because people didn’t want to eat when some of the group didn’t have food. They refuse to refund the order

I placed my order 15 minutes before it came to the store and I came here and waited another 25 minutes. The employees kept saying your order was coming, but nothing came, I saw that none of the employees were using gloves.

They put me on hold then informed me my order would be here in 5 minutes and it was on its way. It's now been over an hour and a half and still we've not received the order. Great job Dominos!
