Spent over $100 for my team breakfast ,donuts ,coffe and i did not get any cream or milk for the coffee came back just to see if they will just give me some creamer or milk and told me they always put it in every order they ask for a receipt wish i dint have and before I could get any words out the lady walked away not even offering to sell me anything and i was willing to pay but i was completely ignored very unprofessional will never come back

Every time I visit New York I stop by my favorite Dunkin Donuts shop in Long Island, the Hicksville Station Dunkin. This place is 24/7 and it's always reliable when I come back late from the city or just before and after visiting family.
The staff here work hard and this location being near the LIRR Station makes it a stop for all kinds of visitors. I've seen the staff deal with drunk, homeless, and sometimes even dangerous customers - yet they still keep as much professionality and service as they can.
My orders always came out correct and I always enjoy my time here, even after 10+ years. Keep up the good work guys. And to all my fellow guests: The staff here have to deal with a lot. The location is open all day and night and the staff deal with some of the worst personalities from alcoholics to drugged up homeless to random pranksters and even gang members. Please cut them some slack, the area is a literal subway.

i was a everyday customer until they decided to charge me for whip cream when asked was told the owner said for them to charge even a cup of water.when asked for a receipt was given the wrong receipt when asked for the right one was thrown the money instead.. will be reporting to corporate office..its not the $ its the principle..

This was the worst experience I've ever had. The store is supposed to close at 10 PM, but I arrived at 9 PM and was told it was already closed. One of the employees was on the phone and completely ignored the customers. I will never return to this location.

This Dunkin’ is my go-to place for coffee. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the service is fast and efficient. Whether I’m in a rush or just grabbing my usual, they always get it right. Great coffee, great team – can’t go wrong!

Just ran in with my son to grab a bagel twist and everyone was so incredibly nice. They told him to pick out anything he wanted and he got an extra donut. Thank you! Little gestures of kindness mean the most.
As of August 1 2024. Smoke alarm battery needs replacement. Hint that quick little beep from it is a reminder.

I didn't really feel welcomed here. I ordered the Kiwi refresher 10/10, the chicken wrap 4/10, a dozen donuts, and a sourdough sandwich 4/10. All of my "hot" food was cold in the middle and one of my smoores donuts had no filling. This location needs improvement.
