I am here Nov 4th 9.15 am before I catch my Long Island rail road to city .
I ordered 2 of $6 breakfast deal , and I ask without a becon and she denied it and she canceled my order . I told her I can't eat pork muslim can't .
She said she don't care .

Reliable and quick! I've grabbed takeout beverages from Dunkin a few times, and the service has always been fast and efficient. The quality of the drinks is consistently good, making it a solid choice for a quick pick-me-up. Nothing exceptional, but Dunkin delivers on its promises. 3.5/5 stars!

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this Dunkin this afternoon that has compelled me to leave this review on behalf of my brother. He went in, looking forward to a quick coffee and donut before catching his train. What he encountered instead was shocking and unacceptable.

The place was completely empty, and there were no other customers. He approached the counter, where a woman was working alone. He politely asked her about one of the new menu items, expecting a simple answer. Instead, she started speaking in a rude, condescending tone. She was blabbering nonsensical things and acted as if his question was the biggest inconvenience in the world.

He was taken aback and calmly told her that she was being rude. Her response was even more shocking. She sneered at him and said, "I don't care," before turning away and ignoring him. He couldn't believe his ears. This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable in any customer service role.

He immediately asked if there was a manager available, but she just laughed and said there wasn't one. Feeling humiliated and angry, he left without making a purchase.

This kind of behavior from an employee reflects terribly on Dunkin' Donuts as a brand. I urge the franchise to take immediate action and address this situation. No customer should ever be treated with such disdain and disrespect. If this woman continues to work here, neither my brother nor I will return, and we will make sure to inform our friends and family about this horrendous experience and attach a mail to Dunkin’ and baskin Robbins about it

Please, for the sake of your loyal customers and the reputation of your brand, remove this individual from her position and ensure that such behavior is never tolerated in your stores.

I hope this effectively conveys the situation and encourages the franchise to take action.

Recently I was in the store, exactly around 6 p.m., they offered me an offer to buy 3 donuts and 1 would be free. My surprise was when I saw that they charged me an extra donut and that it cost double the price, why do they lie to people like that? REALLY WHAT A SHAME ON PEOPLE.I had a good opinion of this place but they disappointed me.
