I went to order through the drive thru and the person was so rude to me. I asked for Egg and cheese wrap with out the meat and the guy didn't hear me so I repeated my self and he was like I heard you, always something at this place. Please hire nicer people the boys are nasty

***Store was newly renovated for first quarter of 2024, but almost everything else about this location is the same (service, etc). Also, floor mat near the counter was not fitting/placed properly, causing it to curl up at the corner, which can be a potential trip hazard for customers. The new floor center display with merchandise/products is placed too close to the pick-up counter and it has one side that protrudes out at the lower section (about shin/ankle height), which I almost tripped and fell over on. New store layout/design is good with an open and brighter look.***
Original/older review: Typical Dunkin coffee, donuts, etc. Service can vary. Like that this location is open 24/7 (restaurant/store closes after specific time, but the drive through is open 24/7). The traffic light to exit the lot can take very long to change and sometimes it never changes to green, even as traffic for the other sides changes. It's also a "No turn on red" light.
