The drive thru need fixing..waiting 10 minutes or more in a drive thru is crazy. The service overall significantly slow and management need to pay attention to that aspect part of the business. PS I encounter this type of service for my past 10 visit and this is my last.

Chris S is the worst manager i had to ask for money back. Never coming to this dunking donuts again. Terrible customer service and I never experienced something like this at this place before its a real shame. He told me I parked too far away to hand me my drink and his employees were rude over the intercom for ordering.

I came in to the drive through and said hello a few times before anyone responded, the guy who responded addressed me by saying hello brother, I said I’m not a brother. Then he said how can I help you brother. Again I said I’m not a brother then he switched up to sister. As a person of color who also wears a head covering I found this extremely offensive and drove off. Just because I do not show my hair doesn’t make me a man. Just because I’m a person of color doesn’t make me your brother either. Eff your racist establishment.
This is by FAR the best Dunkin. Everyone who works here is the nicest. They’ve almost captured that “local coffee shop” vibe because of how nice and comfortable all of the employees are.
