***Store was newly renovated for first quarter of 2024, but almost everything else about this location is the same (service, etc). Also, floor mat near the counter was not fitting/placed properly, causing it to curl up at the corner, which can be a potential trip hazard for customers. The new floor center display with merchandise/products is placed too close to the pick-up counter and it has one side that protrudes out at the lower section (about shin/ankle height), which I almost tripped and fell over on. New store layout/design is good with an open and brighter look.***Original/older review:Typical Dunkin coffee, donuts, etc. Service can vary. Like that this location is open 24/7 (restaurant/store closes after specific time, but the drive through is open 24/7). The traffic light to exit the lot can take very long to change and sometimes it never changes to green, even as traffic for the other sides changes. It's also a "No turn on red" light.

The customer service is always great! The coffee ☕️ is delicious. But lately, the bagels and donuts ? have been hard and stale. And the sit-down counter tops are always dirty. And this place keeps raising there prices which is crazy if they are going to serve stale food.

There is a girl that works the night shift .. a fat white girl that always claims the machines are down and she’s cleaning them when I order … I don’t know if it’s a race thing but I’m never able to receive my coffee when she’s on shift ..

Indian overnight shift man is very rude and nasty never even says you’re welcome just seems very angry and hostile and on top of that , he makes the worse food and drinks, I mean absolutely disgusting.
