It was good at first. I give two stars because one the staff gave a customer the bathroom key while I was using the bathroom. C’mon? Are you really that dumb? Beware when dining here. Staff are okay, but some are incompetent.

I went there to grab a coffee and a quick bite and was very impressed with the frinedlyness of all three ladies working there. They were all very soft spoken and nice workers and made all my drinks to my liking. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm in this area. I forgot the ladies names maybe I'll remember next time I'm there lol

This is how they made my ham & swiss croissant today. Completely burnt. Unfortunately, I didn’t look inside until we drove back to my place. Very disappointed

I go to this Dunkin almost every single day- my job is around the corner. I would also like to add that I tell everyone I know that this is the best Dunkin.
Until recently. The service has been awful. The drinks have been awful. The food has been awful.
Nothing ruins my morning more than being tired and having to scream 30 times into the drive through microphone - and not being listened to because the workers can’t multitask. Which leads me to get the wrong coffee or a very disgusting coffee. And if they get the coffee right, it’s still wrong. 3 pumps of anything go into a medium drink, I know that and I don’t even work there. So why and how are they handing me drinks that have 1 pump in them??? I don’t mind coffee taste or black coffee but if I order something sweet like a Carmel macchiato I’m expecting it not to taste like water.
I’m so disappointed in this location. I’m not a review leaver- however my morning has been horrible and the disgusting service and coffee I got from here this morning was my tipping point.
Do better- figure out what you have to do. But until then , this location will not be seeing me.

Went and got a hot chocolate and it came to $4.01 the lady at the window accepted my five dollars as I told her I didn’t have the penny, but then she shorted me on the change cause she didn’t have it. Going to find another Dunkin’ Donuts to use as they couldn’t let the penny slide, but they kept my change because they couldn’t cover it. Money is money, and that’s pretty ridiculous service
most of the dunkin employees pour the coffee over the previous one and it really messes the taste.. you can even understand by looking if you get your coffee black.. this one was crystal clear

the drive thru is what I don’t recommend they took long for them to even open the window when they told us to meet at the window and they took long the people are nice the other problem I have with this is that they there coffee I tried wasn’t even tasty.

If there was an option to give 0 stars for everything i definitely would. For starters the service that they give you there is horrendous. Most of the times they get your order wrong, and they are very rude about it. they will also put your order to the side to do personal things. And your new sparked energy drink was HORRIBLE. It made me want to puke it all up. and your hot chocolate is barley chocolatey. Also your frozen hot chocolate is not frozen enough to be a frozen hot chocolate. Your drive thru is so slow and all your workers don’t foucus on the drive thru enough. last time i went to the drive through it took at least 4 minuets to get someone on the mic. then they got my order wrong after they took long. then when i got the “correct order” it was also wrong again. i guess the third times a charm right!?! You guys never have any munchkins throughout the day when people just want to get something for a party. There is more reasons that you guys suck but i won’t say all of that bc it’s mean.
