Went and got a hot chocolate and it came to $4.01 the lady at the window accepted my five dollars as I told her I didn’t have the penny, but then she shorted me on the change cause she didn’t have it. Going to find another Dunkin’ Donuts to use as they couldn’t let the penny slide, but they kept my change because they couldn’t cover it. Money is money, and that’s pretty ridiculous service

most of the dunkin employees pour the coffee over the previous one and it really messes the taste.. you can even understand by looking if you get your coffee black.. this one was crystal clear

the drive thru is what I don’t recommend they took long for them to even open the window when they told us to meet at the window and they took long the people are nice the other problem I have with this is that they there coffee I tried wasn’t even tasty.

If there was an option to give 0 stars for everything i definitely would. For starters the service that they give you there is horrendous. Most of the times they get your order wrong, and they are very rude about it. they will also put your order to the side to do personal things. And your new sparked energy drink was HORRIBLE. It made me want to puke it all up. and your hot chocolate is barley chocolatey. Also your frozen hot chocolate is not frozen enough to be a frozen hot chocolate. Your drive thru is so slow and all your workers don’t foucus on the drive thru enough. last time i went to the drive through it took at least 4 minuets to get someone on the mic. then they got my order wrong after they took long. then when i got the “correct order” it was also wrong again. i guess the third times a charm right!?! You guys never have any munchkins throughout the day when people just want to get something for a party. There is more reasons that you guys suck but i won’t say all of that bc it’s mean.

This Dunkin' Donuts has installed a drive-thru which is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. However the pull-up window and the car placement are poorly designed. If you pull up too close to the window as you pull out you are likely to hit the curb. If you stay a little distant from the window to avoid the curb then you are far from the attendant and you have to reach over uncomfortablbly to grab your food.Again the drive-thru is appreciated but I would recommend management and construction look into this issue to make it more streamlined and aligned. It's not a comfortable drive thru window.Thanks.

Honestly the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Always clean, always stocked, drinks are always picture perfect. I sometimes have issues at other locations with them now making the latte properly, this location nails every drink hands down to perfection. They don’t get enough appreciation which is why I wanted to leave this review. I have about 10 Dunkin’s around me, I come here every time.

dunkin donuts served me such disgusting coffee , i am developing an aversion for coffee, On my long trip to ohio i wanted to pick up a cup of coffee at this dunkin and was served the worst coffee 3 dollars they charged me for this disgusting stuff, if a desi is involved im making coffee please walk out, you are better off without it
