Best dunkin in Hicksville! Been going here for over 14 years!!! John is awesome and so helpful, I did a door dash order and I couldn't add something to my order, I called him right up and he immediately was so kind and helped me fully! Great customer service, Thanks John!!

First and last time here. Got a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese. I got the sandwich home and my cheese was burnt to a crisp. The kid making the sandwichs clearly needed help and the cashier is the laziest 15 year old I've ever met. Not even a hello what can I get for you... she goes hi.. nothing else. Coffee is cold as well. Sad excuse for a dunkin.

my review is according to the 2 very frequent emplyoyess belowSo I am a frequent 2-3 time a day customer, at this location specifically, im a neighborhood resident for 15+ years and i have held my tongue about these 2 girls for a while since they hired these 2 young girls in order to identify these 2 girls they were working sept 1st 2023 at 2:30 pm and they also have a friend that frequently comes in the store and hangs out with them while they are working which has shown me a few times that they have clearly been distracted and care more about hanging out and being on their phones rather than listening to customers and executing orders like they should be . they are constantly talking about customers in a down way making me and others i have spoken to feel very uncomfortable . we want to feel welcomed in our community dunkin and these 2 girls make it a problem EVERY SINGLE TIME its really ridiculous that they behave in this manner.

I ordered a avocado toast with bacon and They put the bacon with the avocado and the bread same time in the toaster to warm and then when I took my first bite the avocado was hot and and too warmed and I burnt my tongue. I didn’t complain about my injurie but I asked for another one without the avocado being warmed because it’s you don’t have to warm the avocado! and the worker refused and asked me to pay for another one then I asked for the corporate number and he literally did another one for me. Which I had never get an avocado toast like this before usually the anywhere u go everyone knows that the avocado is not supposed to be warmed.

I always go to this Dunkin Donuts when I get my nails done next door. I will NEVER go there again. The last time I was there I put my order in and then I asked for a cup of ice water to take my medicine. The girl behind the counter said next time you have to pay for the water. I told her are you kidding me its from the sink and she said they charge for that now. Now I go to another DD.
