walked in 2 ladies sitting down where the customers should be sitting. already seemed annoying that they had to be doing their job.first i asked for decaf espresso and i went up to double check i asked for decaf because itâs late. they both say âyou didnât say decaf.â with a rude attitude and i said âoh may i have decaf?â and they responded with âitâs already made but alrightâ i work in the food industry and i know when a request is annoying and out of line but they were plain disrespectful! hire some good people that donât hate their job

Best ever place to get your Coffee. Manager is so nice and friendly that she even remembered my order. Clean, tidy and organised Coffee shop i have ever seen. Meticulous.

I had walked in this dunkin to go to the bathroom and get some food. I had asked to use the bathroom and I was rudely told no by someone that came out from the back that looked like a manager. She had told me the bathroom was out of order. Now mind you I recently had spinal surgery, I am in an surgical Collar. Iâm in pain, and Iâm hungry. I wasnât in the mood to fight. So I walked out. I wasnât going to get food and bring it into a dirty bathroomâŠ.
