this Dunkin’ Donuts is horrible they don’t clean and they make us wait a long time for food while they’re standing there doing nothing and they were taking pictures with people instead of making my food. They got my order wrong and have the worst attitude.

Very clean the coffee and donuts very good, and there extremely polite to the youngsters and elders, plus they give the seniors a 10% discount and the bathroom is immaculate.

I had walked in this dunkin to go to the bathroom and get some food. I had asked to use the bathroom and I was rudely told no by someone that came out from the back that looked like a manager. She had told me the bathroom was out of order. Now mind you I recently had spinal surgery, I am in an surgical Collar. I’m in pain, and I’m hungry. I wasn’t in the mood to fight. So I walked out. I wasn’t going to get food and bring it into a dirty bathroom….

THE WORST DUNKIN IVE EVER BEEN TO. We ordered 3 coffees & it took 20 minutes. Then they told us that the latte machine was broken. Staff is completely rude and the whole store was backed up. They care more about finishing the online orders before helping people that are actually in the store. I'm so mad but I'll keep it short lol

Literally such a disgusting place. The employees had a disgusting attitude with me because THEY messed up MY order and when I told them they started yelling and all of that. They made my coffee wrong and expected me to not say anything. I have a very simple order. And the cashier was acting like she didn’t even wanna be there, looked very unprofessional and was just overall rude. I definitely don’t recommend this place. There’s a lot of Dunkin’s in Long Island, this one is just borderline nasty.
