Quality is no longer here. Bought a chocolate fudge cake to bring to friends. Absolutely horrible. Consistency was that of a Scrub Daddy. Once sliced and plated a puddle formed on the plate. It was as if the cake was soaked in oil. As we ate, the attention and conversation turned to the remaining cake that was collapsing and falling apart. Cake had no flavor whatsoever. The remainder was thrown out as it was inedible. The chocolate dipped cookies were decent. Still not worth a $46 bill. I would recommend other bakeries in the area but I don’t want to take away from how bad this experience was. Will not return even though this is conveniently close.

Anytime a person of color walks in, it seems that the staff suddenly loses their customer service skills. When I came into the store as a person of color with a few other friends with me, the staff did not bother asking if I needed anything. The store was completely empty at the time. After 10 minutes of waiting, I finally had to get their attention myself. Another time, a poc friend of mine recently visited the store, and they were treated the exact same. And finally, another poc friend of mine ordered their engagement cake from them, but when there was an issue with the cake, they claimed there was nothing they could do about it. Would avoid

Originally posted a review that about a carrot cake that I received which was way below our expectations. However, Franco (owner) reached out personally to apologize and made us a brand new carrot cake himself. This version was much better than the one that we originally received. We are pleased that he reached out to correct this. Also, Anusha who originally sold the cake was amazing, very friendly, and helpful!

My fiancé and I had our wedding cake tasting here today, and we had a fantastic experience! We worked with Jamie and she was so sweet, welcoming, and professional. The bakery accommodated our custom cake request as no problem, even though this is a part of our venues package. Jamie made the whole experience positive and exciting! We can’t wait to see our finished wedding cake!

Staff was very nice, I asked what is fresh staff said everything is fresh. I bought a rainbow cookie cake was dry, and not fresh. I have ordered Tres Leches cakes from here before absolutely delicious, and fresh. Unfortunately this time around was disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting. Came for the first time yesterday, ordered red velvet cake. Never tasted a red velvet cake this bad. The cake was super dry, no cream cheese, used cheap cream to make it. Butter was super salty. We had to pay 40$ the cake and had to throw out the entire thing. Totally ruined the birthday experience. Overall it felt like a dummy cake for show. Will not recommend this place!!

Ordered a pie over a week in advance, came in when it said it’d be ready and they hadn’t made it. If they couldn’t make it, would’ve been nice if they called so we didn’t make the drive for no reason. Didn’t even have time to get it somewhere else so we had no pie for a birthday party.

Came here for my sister’s birthday cake the first time—service was unfriendly and rushed. Gave them another chance today and it was the same. Waited for help, picked a cake, and before I could ask for writing, it was boxed, tied, and done. To top it off, I was overcharged $3.60 because the cashier was distracted on the phone. Two tries, both disappointing—won’t be back.

Francesco's Bakery did our wedding cake for our Fall 2024 wedding and we would definitely recommend them! They were super easy to work with and our cake turned out amazingly! We did two tastings - one with all of their standard combos and another with three specific combos we wanted to try out again before making our final decision. They also made us mini pies for our dessert table that were a HUGE hit with our guests! The drop off out our venue (Fox Hollow) also went super smoothly.

We recently got an assortment of pastries for a family event. Everything was delicious. The mini cheesecake with toppings were my favorite. The cheesecake had lots of flavor.
