What a stunning cake! This is the second time we used Francesco’s for a special occasion, both bat mitzvahs and we have been so pleased both times! The cake was beautiful, tasted delicious, was easy to order and was delivered on time. The tasting was easy and made the selection process simple! Our cake showed up to our wedding in September with cracks in the icing. Also, we paid extra for a Iridescent finish/ icing on it- they didn't include it.

We visited Francesco's yesterday. We had looked forward to trying their pastries even though it was over 10 miles from our home. We bought several pastries including a sfogliatelle which was beyond inedible. It was stale and the filling was completely dried out. Save yourself a trip and $5.50 per pastry. 0 stars

Bakery is nice and clean. Have so many different varieties of sweets with beautiful decorated cakes. Kaleopy took my mom’s wedding order and made the process quick and easy. Overall the cake was beautiful.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I wish I could leave 0 stars. The rudest and most incompetent staff, ownership and management. I ordered a cake for my son's 1st birthday. I had brought my own decorations for the cake, but they insisted these weren't good enough and made me pay extra for them to supply the decorations made out of fondant (my first mistake). They made the decorations too heavy for the cake and didn't ensure the cake layers were properly supported that the cake completely collapsed before we served it for my son's birthday party. Such a disaster. I don't know why I gave them a second chance. The first experience is when I waited over 2 hours on Christmas Eve for a birthday cake for my husband. When I got up to the counter, the next thing I knew I was waiting there while the girl who was "helping" me started helping other customers. When I asked her where the cake was, she said they made a mistake and gave it to someone else. She then proceeded to yell at me and tell me it's not her fault. Horrible customer service, horrible. I will NEVER use this bakery ever again and suggest everyone avoid if they don't want to be angry and have their events ruined. *disclosure: they did give me a refund for my son's birthday cake; however, I wanted a cake to serve for my son's party that didn't look like this more than a refund.

Francesco’s is absolutely amazing. This place has the finest stuff you will ever taste. Well worth the trip and well worth the money. This morning I came to order cupcakes for my sons school Valentines party. I’m supposed to pick them up tomorrow at 7:30 AM. School just informed me they’re going to close tomorrow due to inclement weather. I called Francesco’s. I spoke with Tania who was an absolute doll. I explained that the party was postponed until Friday. She dug through the orders for me. She now made it so that they will give me fresh cupcakes on Friday morning. Tania just saved the day for my son’s party. Between the delicious things they make here, and the way they strive to make sure the customer is happy? Francescos is an absolute home run. I gave them six stars! Francesco’s, and Tania went above and beyond. That’s why they will continue to get my business.

My grandson was premature. He came a week before his mama’s shower . I called that Monday 10:30 am to change the writing on the cake. I received a call back at 2:30 , asking what type of cake I ordered ? I asked if she had a copy . She said she was still looking for it ? She called a 1/2 later asking if I paid for the cake and needed the details . They didn’t have the order.I had to bring my copy and receipt to the bakery . They claim a new girl took the order and they couldn’t find it !!! When I asked what would have happened if I didn’t call, I got a “ chuckle “ !! . They said she under charged me but they would let that go ..I called back on Friday the day before the shower to double check on the order .. I waited 3 hours for a call back , before I had to call again .Terrible Customer service at a very stressful time !The cake was delicious and beautifully decorated, but I would never order from here again !
