Firstly, the food is absolutely delicious hands-down but the service is not up to par. I called 8/19 around 11:10am to order 2 burgers , guy had an attitude with me because he said the grill needs 30 mins to get ready and he hung up after they were already opened . If your hours say opening at 11am, come 30 mins early and get the grill ready for 11am.

For the first time tried their falooda-it was spot on! After trying so many in NY- didn’t think at first it would be one of the best ones on long island. Plus I am very picky about faloodas. Though, I am beyond amazed Masha’Allah! It was so tasty, made with purity and cleanliness and properly organized into beautiful layers of the falooda toppings. I was definitely glad I made a good call trying it. Now My #1 spot for Falooda! Alhumdulilah 🙏🏼🥰
Poor customer service! Person on the phone did not inquire about drinks or extras when I called and there was no total or communication before they hung up. When I arrived, I walked in to staff having a conversation, when they finished the gentleman did not greet me, just stared until I promoted conversation by moving my body closer. Again no greeting, no question about drinks or extras and no “have a nice day, etc.” There were no one customers inside or orders waiting to be picked up aside from mine… It may be time to reconsider employees’ approaches to transactions that pay for and maintain this establishment.
