It’s hard to find halal Chinese so was grateful to find this place. We get the same 3-4 dishes. It’s always a hit or miss on quality and taste. Today especially, was a miss unfortunately. Pepper steak was NON-peppery, lacked salt, lacked seasoning and barely 4 pieces…meanwhile at least 20 pieces of green bell pepper. Must have included the whole bell pepper in there. Maybe that was why they called it “pepper” steak…bell pepper filled steak. Smh. Disappointed to say the least.

Ordered vegetable lo mein to go when I got home I noticed some kind of a foreign object which appeared to be some kind of insect in it please carefully look at your food before you eat at this establishment. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I don’t know if it’s under new management or what but the food went straight downhill like straight to the trash.I came got my foodI asked for hot sauce it looked like it hurt him to give me some sauceAlso why do you have to ask for utensils ??? How are you expected to eat.And they look dirty afFried rice taste and smells funny I threw it out didn’t even eat itSpend the extra money and time and go to Tengs halal Chinese

I usually order takeaway from this place and the food is good. Specially it is Halal. But the first time I came here with my husband, I am shocked at their poor service. They served us food but no cutlery and I had to wait 5 minutes for cutlery and Napkin. Then they didn't give us any plates. Waited at least 15 minutes for all these stuff. They can't speak or understand English properly which was a huge obstacle for the customers. We had to use google translator for 1-2 words. And on top of everything they behaved so rudely with an elderly customer in front of me. The waiter was screaming at the man only because he wanted to upgrade the size of one of the dishes he ordered. Disgusted.
Restaurant has ample parking. Store is slightly small for dining in. Ordered online and food was piping hot, fresh. If you are familiar with American Chinese food, this is not it. This food is Sichuan style. Their eggplant is succulent and that sauce is divine. It's hard to find dandan noodles not made with pork and this had a delectable peanut flavor that was not overpowering. They live up to the beef noodle soup hype. Lo mein and fried rice are good but not the most amazing that I've had in my life - lacks the smoky charred flavor. Thank you for a halal addition to the neighborhood!

We ordered a basic spicy chicken lomein and kung pow chicken with rice and soups . Why did it take 1 whole hour to make ? They kept saying 5 more minutes and were still waiting ... on top of that the place was freezing cold to sit in . They messed up my order gave me the most spiced lomein without the chicken . My husband saw there was no chicken and we went back inside , they take it back and throw whatever chicken they had on there without any apologies. Very rude service. Took a few bites and now I just vomit the entire undercooked meal . They're so busy, terrible taste and horrible service. Never returning again.
Initially I ordered 2 beef and broccoli then I needed more and called back to order 3. These guys started cooking for 2 orders then decided to split the 3 orders to 2. No good business practice. Food is good but I never go back messed up what they did

This place is great. It was our first time to this place very close to our house, just three minutes by car. We wanted try it by ordering Shrimp Fried Rice and General Tso Chicken. Both were awesome. Very tasty. I don’t think anyone near Hicksville makes them like the way they make it. We were looking for the Halal Chinese Place and found one of the best just near our house. I recommend to all whoever is fond of Halal Chinese Food must visit here first. You won’t be disappointed. We will be there regular customers. Owner was very pleasant and service was quick.

I rarely leave 1 star. But this time it was well-deserved. We decided to go here on Christmas Day since we celebrate Xmas Eve and were hungry. I went online to their website and placed an order. They had all my contact info so imagine my surprise when we went to pick it up and were told they were out of sweet & sour chicken. Okay, no biggie, switch it to sesame chicken. After another 15 minute wait the owner asked what I was waiting for (after I initially told him to switch) and he comes back and says they're out of wonton soup. How? Why? So I said okay forego the soup. While I waited for my now 1.5 hour order to be ready I watched two men order duck and be told they never carry duck. One asked why it was on the menu. The owner shrugged and said he didn't know. Another person ordered General Tso's chicken and was told it would take an hour to make. After watching more and more of this debacle unfold I decided yep, nope, not paying and we're leaving. I told him I didn't want my order (which still wasn't ready, mind you) and left. This place would be promising since it's halal and caters to the neighborhood surrounding it. First they need to get their act together with food orders and communication with their customers.
