I just want to say my problem with this place is not with the staff or the food which were great but with the condition of the restaurant. This place is not in the best condition and i'd swear it has not been updated since the last time I was there back in 2019 even then it was not so great. So I do believe the pictures of the worn out floor, stained ceiling tiles do speak for themselves.

The server here was really rude to me when I said I just wanted water while reading the menu and then slammed down a lukewarm water glass he told me was from the sink. He told me it was the policy to purchase bottled water, which it isn't. I called management and told them I left because I didn't trust them not to spit in my food. They offered me free complementary spit food, it was actually insulting to be told to come back and eat the food they spit in for free.
It was cool they were open 24/7. The overnight staff is miserable and gives you sink water and spits in your food and admits it to you. Dude literally told me he was going to give me non-potable water and then set it on the table. What a shame. Ihop spits in the pancakes. Thanks a lot.

I was out with my friends and the French toast was looking fine from the outside but the inside was raw. The water tastes like sink water and the chicken and waffles were good but one of the chicken strip was slightly raw and I recommend to go to another IHOP.

As far as ihops go it could use some updating and air conditioning but I’ve never had better service in my life. I forgot her name but the woman who served is who’s name I believe starts with an L was phenomenal. Wish I could get service like that everywhere.

dont know how you bag 1 order of pancakes to go with no syrup at a pancake restaurant. Just brainless activities as usual from food employees, coming from a former food employee it’s the easiest thing ever to read an order and make sure everything is in the bag, especially for an order of just pancakes. This happens 50% of the time that I order from here.
Ordered via delivery. No napkins. Missing items. No answer when I called. Cold food.

This place never gets my order correct. I always have to keep coming back everytime because the people who answer the phone can never get an order correct. Even after I explain specifically I wanted one, the order I got was completely different
