We ordered one cup of coffee and asked for an extra paper cup but they refused saying we charge by cups then they charged us twice for the coffee. Manager was extremely rude and said because you shared the cup we are charging you two coffees. That never makes any sense. Extremely disappointed And coffee tasted disgusting

This ihop has been great every time I dine in , I have been a customer for years , but after today, with the way I was treated by the staff member attending to the take out order and the most of all rude manager. I simply put a memo, to add chocolate chips on my buttermilk pancakes, because the seperate option for it wasn’t showing at the time. I come in and I get hounded you can’t add the extra topping like that. I apologized and explained option was showing at the time. She proceeded to call the manager, which then didn’t even start with good morning or nothing, then proceeded to look at receipt and said with an a bark of a attitude, you want chocolate chips on pancakes you gotta pay for them . I said I had no issue paying, wasn’t done on purpose either which I explained to the staff member prior. Felt a little disrespected. Then proceeds to look at my 2nd order. Oh you can’t get salsa and sour cream on side. It’s extra. I’m like it comes in the order. With an attitude again proceeded to say gotta pay for that. Can’t take it. Acting as if I’m stealing the order or something. Mind you I have been going to this specific ihop since I was 10 years old. Staff members and manager need to be taught some manners. Not come up to the customer, like with anger . Would not recommend this place to anyone .
Called an order in for pickup. Manager was rude and refused to accept a Visa debit gift card for payment - he did not even try, and insisted that they do not accept these types of cards, citing that the system will not accept it.
I use these everywhere else with no issues. As a business owner myself, this makes absolutely no sense unless the only concern is chargebacks, which can be mitigated by taking down a driver license and ID number, which I have done in the past.
Will be writing a letter to corporate and Advising the franchise owner as time allows. This manager needs retraining..

Horrible,just ordered two pancake combos food took longer than expected and when it arrived both orders were burnt!! No syrup butter or napkins. I tried calling 5x and they purposely didn’t answer. Worst part is uber takes forever to refund your money bc they have to do an investigation.

Johnny help us at a 4am after work breakfast trip. We had a table of picky indecisive people and felt so taken care of that we had to leave a review. Johnny was the greatest guy honestly. So patient and attentive and absolutely so sweet. We're coming back specifically because of his exceptional service

High priced. A short stack of pancakes is closer to a full stack of McDonald's pancakes. My wife's chamomile tea was English black tea. I haven't been here in years. I have no desire to return. :(

My two friends and I celebrated my birthday here. I always love eating there. We were the only ones there at the time. I was very happy w the service and my friends presented me w a dish of icecream w sprinkles.
