One staff member was extremely rude and uninformed. I normally love eating at ikea because I have a lot of food allergies and I am able to eat a la carte items without sauces to avoid allergens. The staff member said she “had worked here for 21 years” 😂 and they had “never done that before” despite an ikea worker telling me that I could get a la carte entrees a few years ago (I’ve done that since then and it’s never been a problem until this staff member). She was arguing with me to the point where I felt I had to disclose my private medical information or leave. I had to not eat lunch because of this. I hate to write a negative review of ikea but I felt I had to let people know about this staff member. If you have food allergies and need a la carte as an accommodation for your disabilities, this is not a good place to go.

After spending all morning playing games at the next door Round1, this restaurant was a good spot to get a relatively inexpensive and filling meal. Luckily when we visited, they had a promotion for buy one get one 50% off for adult entrees. I also had some reward points saved up which I redeemed for $5 off and a froyo cone. Lunchtime was quite busy but the line moves relatively quickly. They have cute little carts for food trays so there's no awkward game of balance as you try to spot a free table. You can grab your own metal utensils (forks, knives, spoons) and peruse the cold offerings like dessert, sandwiches and salads before getting to the hot food area.
We got an order of classic Swedish meatballs and feeling adventurous also added on an order of their plant-based meatballs (which did not hold a candle against the classic Swedish meatball). IKEA members get a free hot coffee or drink so be sure to grab a white cup for this. Teabags were by the register and hot water was by the hot coffee dispensers. Glass cups are for the soft drinks.
8 meatballs is a good portion for one person (since the dish comes with mashed potatoes, gravy, lingonberry jam and peas). We shared 12 Swedish and 8 plant balls and left absolutely stuffed after clearing both plates. Also sampled a bit of all the soft drinks they had available and I liked sparkling pear and sparkling lemon (reminds me of Sprite...but healthy?) the best. Made myself a milk tea by adding a bit of half-and-half and a packet of sugar to my hot tea.

My sister and I have been to this place for lunch and that my sister got the Swedish Meatballs Platter, and I got mashed potatoes, and meatballs. The food and service there was amazing and wonderful. The atmosphere was that there were lots of people because it was mealtime.

You might go there for furniture, but the cafeteria is definitely worth a stop. The Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes and lingonberry sauce are a classic and always hit the spot—comfort food at its best. They’ve also got some solid veggie options and tasty desserts (the Daim cake is underrated!). Plus, it’s super affordable, which makes grabbing a bite there even better. Great for a quick, no-fuss meal before or after shopping.

My sister and I went to this restaurant for lunch my sister had a pork roast with bread and macaroni cheese, and I had the Havana chicken which was chicken, rice, black beans, and sauce and it tasted wonderful. The service was wonderful because people were nice and friendly. The atmosphere was busy because of lunch time.
Kid-friendliness: This place is Kid-friendliness because families can take kids to come here to have a meal.
Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible because people can take an elevator to reach it.

Asking the simplest questions warrants her screaming at you. I don’t even have to describe her in this review, there’s other reviews that describe her and you can go in person to see for yourself. She makes the whole experience terrible. The first time I went she yelled at an entire family with kids because the mom had to take a second to ask her kid what they wanted. This time I went she yelled at my family over asking about sauce. Sauce LOL Atmosphere 3/5 - but 5/5 if it wasn’t for the lady constantly shouting at customers. Spacious dining room and didn’t struggling to find a table but sometimes when it is busy it can be hard to find an empty table
