I recently stopped by for a quick bite and drink, and I must say, the experience was delightful! The bartender, Melissa, was incredibly nice and truly made my visit memorable. She took the time to explain the dishes and provided excellent recommendations, showcasing her knowledge and passion for what she does. I would definitely return, especially if I know she’ll be there. Great service all around—thank you, Melissa! 10/10! ????

Horrible and expensive what a shame I'm Peruvian I always had vat good but now it's the worst I don't know if I change the cooks but it's not worth returning to this restaurant goodbye

I ordered the peruvian family combo. I specificly asked for maduros because they said they ran out of beans (which I found odd because a family combo should include both) and they gave me the dryest most tasteless tostones I have ever eaten. The order came with salchipapas which were disgusting. The hot dogs were dried up as if they had been cooked and reheated. I will not order again.

Don’t ever buy a gift card from this place. I received a gift card. I went in to have dinner. I thought the food was mediocre. The service wasn’t great. I used the gift card to pay the bill. The server told me that the gift card had 0 balance. I told him that it was my first time there. He told me that there was nothing he could do. He told me to call Jenny. I called many times to speak to her. I left messages. She finally got back to me and told me that she was going to investigate this matter. I waited a couple of weeks to get an answer. She told that she would reissue a gift card with the original balance. Long story short, she told me to wait for her to be able to reissue the gift card. I gave her enough time. I called to see when I could stop by to pick up the gift card. I left message and she never got back to me. It’s been 7 months. I don’t think I will ever get it.

The food is delicious, a little on the salty side but everything was still really yummy. Service is great and waitresses friendly. Margaritas were delicious and strong. Definitely pricey though which is why I deducted a star.

The people who work are very friendly, they made us feel at home. Good atmosphere and very delicious food, the quality of the seafood is excellent and the flavor is reflected in their incredible ceviches! We enjoyed in Jalea..!!

The food is very bad, the truth is that it does not look like a Peruvian restaurant. If you are hungry, I do not recommend going to this restaurant. Very bland, very expensive drinks.

For some reason the order is always delayed or canceled but in my heart I always gave it a chance cause I love Peruvian food and it's the only one around my way. Tonight topped it off though polla la brasa wasn't fully cooked still pink the tostones I can tell were not fresh they were refried and the color was black and we never got the green rice the ordered was supposed to come with. Overall I will never order from this place again and I gave it plenty of chances and there was always some issue with the order and when you call to speak to a manager and can hear them in the background arguing about who's going to speak on the phone and they will leave you on hold forever expecting you to hang up and avoid the conversation. Super disappointed and will never be ordering from there again I hope you guy's read this and take constructive criticism well cause changes need to be made for the better.

I was disappointed with my recent order experience. The food arrived 30 minutes later than expected and unfortunately, it was not prepared as described. We ordered the Family Combo, which includes 1 whole chicken, avocado salad, salchipapa, green rice, beans, and tostones. The chicken was undercooked with some parts still pink, and the salad lacked avocado, consisting only of lettuce and tomato. The tostones were overly greasy and appeared to be refried. It's disheartening to spend hard-earned money on a meal that doesn't meet expectations, especially when trying to treat my family.
