I went there April 27th with my BF. He ordered the sandwich and I wasn't paying attention, we left and in the car he said he had issue with how it was made and wanted to throw it away. I said no, that sandwich was expensive, just bring me back and I will explain the issue and hopefully they will remake it for free. I talked to the manager Tanya, and explained and she remade it and remembered my order. I think I came back 15 minutes later, the manager seemed tired but was nice, quick and efficient. She deserves a raise.

Cross contamination heaven. This place is disgusting, def mismanaged and the staff doesn’t care about keeping it clean or cleaning up. I wouldn’t eat here. Slicer is dirty, grill is dirty, tables are dirty. Dirty.

Good evening Staff,

I was super impressed with the service provided. Where do I start, I walked into a warm greeting from Cynthia. I purchased a sandwich and the taste was amazing, it’s blows the door out off of Subway. This was my first experience @ Mikes and I’ll be back. Thank you Cynthia and staff for being polite and courteous. As a local business myself I struggle to find exemplary employees and you’ve hit the nail on its head. Kudos!!

This location suck. I ordered a bowl of the Famous Philly with extra meat and there was very little quantity and didn’t taste good. I double checked with the employee if they added the extra meat and he said yes. So I can’t imagine getting it without the extra meat, probably would be just a bowl of lettuce.

Hey, if you pre-order a pick-up item here please be aware you will arrive at the store at the time you were told and you will wait about another 15 minutes because it looks like they are severely under-staffed. It's been that way for the last year plus. Perhaps the new one near by in Syosset will have better service. Invest in your staff and make sure customers know that their meals won't be ready for closer to a half an hour, especially at the prices you charge, which are much higher than your average deli you can find everywhere on Long Island. I can't go to this location anymore.

The person making my order was a bit off putting and I made a mental note of it. When we left w our order, I mentioned it to my wife and she felt the same way, nothing overt, just not the level of cust service I've rcvd at other jersey mike locations. Also, the hero itself seemed a bit sparse in the making, compared to other sandwiches being made, coincidence???

I love the product, but Jersey Mike's as a whole, especially this location, needs to do better with cross contamination.

In this day and age, we have people of all different religions, allergies, restrictions, etc.. Please try to be mindful of these things. If I order a vegetarian sandwich or a tuna sandwich, I would highly prefer that meat does not touch my sandwich. Instead, I have to worry about them slicing my cheese right after they sliced meat. Or picking up pork for another sandwich and proceeding to handle my sandwich with all the drippings.

Its unacceptable. I shouldn't have to be awkward and be that annoying customer to ask them to change gloves. They should all be mindful of this. MEAT SHOULD NOT TOUCH NON-MEAT ITEMS, whether its vegetable or seafood.

At the same time, non-meat items should not be contaminated by meat items - so cutting cheese on the meat slicer is unacceptable. There is another meat slicer by the wall, why not use that for cheese only?

The contamination issues really make me not want to come back. My Tuna Sandwich smells like Roast Beef right now. $20 for a sandwich is PREMIUM COST. So least they can do is be mindful and make it carefully.

And another pet peeve would be when they make a meat sandwich and all the juices are on the counter, instead of cleaning and starting fresh, a lot of times they just put my NON-MEAT item on top of all the juices from the meat sandwich and assemble it. That's ridiculous. Come on fellas, AVOID CROSS CONTAMINATION. I can't imagine even the franchise agrees with these things. Maybe they "don't care" but these things should be done in order to ensure proper protocols.

Another thing I noticed, they added lettuce to a sandwich, which had ham or what ever. Some of the lettuce fell off onto the counter, so all they did was took that part, and add it back to the lettuce container. Do you understand what they did? The meat juice-contaminated lettuce was mixed in with the fresh lettuce.

Easily the greatest Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever eaten at. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Every employee I’ve ever been helped by seems genuinely happy to work there and takes pride in the food they prepare. My wife and I have been here numerous times, dealt with nearly all of the staff at all different times and the energy is always consistent. ??

First of all when my kid told me about this place will be way better then Subway.
It is way better then subway for sure.

1. They cook the meat right away like real restaurants.
2. They cut fresh ham before they rep into bread.?

But, this location felt like little unorganized work place.
So, worker had to unnecessary movement made extra work so they looked really tired...

The cashier looks like new bee which is really ok to me but, when her work done at cashier resister then she talks with her co-worker she swings around customers food (but, this food was customers returned it is still looked not professional. -
I don't expected a good restaurants quality services but, at least there customers who would like to see little more careful with food. Even though that goes to the garbage)

If you are not salty taste person you may have to consider it. Because even my kids told me that all sandwiche was very salty. ..

Not happy with service!! I have been to another one of these and service and food was great. This one not so much. They would not listen to what we wanted
and gave us what they thought we wanted. Some things were left off sandwich completely. I will never go to this location again. Terrible service!!

The philly cheesesteak I had was pretty good and they have 6 small 2 person tables in case you are planning on eating in the restaurant. You will be disappointed if you expect smiling faces that interact with you. The place is ok for a fast lunch.
