I went there April 27th with my BF. He ordered the sandwich and I wasn't paying attention, we left and in the car he said he had issue with how it was made and wanted to throw it away. I said no, that sandwich was expensive, just bring me back and I will explain the issue and hopefully they will remake it for free. I talked to the manager Tanya, and explained and she remade it and remembered my order. I think I came back 15 minutes later, the manager seemed tired but was...

Good evening Staff,

I was super impressed with the service provided. Where do I start, I walked into a warm greeting from Cynthia. I purchased a sandwich and the taste was amazing, it’s blows the door out off of Subway. This was my first experience @ Mikes and I’ll be back. Thank you Cynthia and staff for being polite and courteous. As a local business myself I struggle to find exemplary employees and you’ve hit the nail on its head. Kudos!!

Easily the greatest Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever eaten at. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Every employee I’ve ever been helped by seems genuinely happy to work there and takes pride in the food they prepare. My wife and I have been here numerous times, dealt with nearly all of the staff at all different times and the energy is always consistent. ??
