I’ve been here a few times now and I’ve constantly told my wife to stop coming here due to the poor service. This is now multiple times where the owner has been extremely rude with us with her deamnor.
We ordered food once here for 1PM and it wasn’t ready until 2PM so I waited and I asked for extra white sauce and gave a rude response about how I don’t need more and then asked me to pay. Considering food was an hour late, she had no reason to display attitude.
Today, we had another poor experience once the owner came in. The wait staff were very friendly however once the owner (female, long hair) showed up, she started side conversations about our kids. As common courtesy, we left a generous tip for the wait staff because they had nothing to do with the comments she was making. She acted like she did us a favor by accommodating our date while the place was half empty when we came. In addition, the middle tables were all empty (this is in response to previous review by MG).
I’ve had multiple poor experiences here along with so many friends who have the same complaints. I once brought a famous cricket player (Babar Azam) to her restaurant and mentioned if she could help place an order on the phone as he was in a rush and she still had an attitude. While we try to help these restaurants, we expect kindness in return but this place is filled with attitude.
I’d recommend other restaursnts over this place as this will be my last time coming here. Kabul in westbury and Choopan in Hicksville have much better service. Please don’t believe what the owner writes in her reviews because she makes up a completely false narative.

Just dined here with 12 guests (5 kids) for a surprise birthday dinner. The food was delicious however there is a staff member who is extremely unwelcoming and rude. She has light (dyed hair) and fair skin and looks like she’s in her 20s and is there frequently. She seems more like the manager and was at the register mostly. She is English speaking also. She was extremely rude and unprofessional with a very unfriendly demeanor. We came in today and ordered $250 worth of food with appetizers and entrees and a cake. Towards the middle-end of the dinner, some of our kids were beginning to fuss (naturally so, they’re kids). We as parents were with our kids, even exiting the restaurant so other customers wouldn’t feel uncomfortable or disturbed since we are mindful of this, however the lady with the light hair and fair skin who seems like a manager, was extremely rude and was complaining to the staff members about our children, OUT LOUD, when we were right next to the register where she was. I can’t tell you how uncomfortable we felt by her remarks. Zero patience. It made us feel SO uncomfortable and she gave us the impression that we needed to leave asap. We come here frequently in smaller groups and unfortunately, we will have to cross this place off our list since it’s not kid friendly or welcoming at all. The other wait staff were extremely nice and especially one of the ladies who had darker black hair was so nice to the kids playing with my toddler. If you have small children (toddlers) do NOT come here. They include gratuity in your tip already so the staff can act however they want to and still receive tip so they will make you feel so uncomfortable unless you have kids that won’t make a sound. Go somewhere else for your food where the staff is much nicer. Unfortunately we won’t be able to come here again with family.

As a member of the party who was at this dinner everything in the review is spot on. Now for management to come and tell a paying customer they are lying about coming in the first place instead of owning up to a mistake is all you need to know about this place. Calling someone who paid 150 dollars to your establishment a liar and rude is disgusting. Shame on you as the “owner” what type of service is this. You wont get anywhere by calling people liars when they leave reviews as you have done with everyone else who left a bad review. For proof below is literally a BANK STATEMENT since you want to gaslight people into thinking they did not even go there. For anyone who reads this, take this as an example of what you’ll get if you choose to dine here. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

The food that they get is frozen and all they do is fry it or warm it up, my kebab was half frozen from the inside, if you’re going to make money off of people by serving them already cooked meals at least make sure you cook it right. I do not wish to elaborate extensively, but I can provide a brief explanation for the one-star rating I gave this establishment. The owner expressed discomfort with us being Shia Muslims because we occasionally break our fasts slightly later than the designated time. I politely requested that he hold my food until it was time for us to break our fast, but his attitude became extremely hostile. This experience was not pleasant, and I would not recommend this establishment to others.

When you call to order directly with them, they want you to provide a credit card over the phone. You tell them you want to pay cash nope they don’t accept cash. They want you to come in and order the food and wait if you’re paying with cash. Stupidest business model ever you will lose customers. With security being a big concern no one wants to provide their credit card number over the phone.

Wow! Kudos to the owner. I let him order for me and the food was delicious! The accompanying sauces really brought the meal together. The worst part was it was take out and I could only smell the food (for 10 minutes) before I got to eat it. The wait was worth it! I’ll be back again!
