Dined here about a couple months ago and enjoyed the delicious food and good service. There's an entrance to the restaurant from the front exterior of the mall (near the parking lot) and another entrance just a few steps inside of the Broadway Mall. Restaurant was very clean, bright, and spacious; has a very good dining atmosphere and décor. Restaurant was quiet when dined here for lunch. Waiter was attentive and courteous. I had an amazing dining experience at Kinya Ramen in Hicksville, and a big part of that was thanks to Kim! She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, from her friendly demeanor to her attention to detail. Kim was knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations, and ensured our food arrived promptly. Her warm personality and exceptional customer service truly elevated our visit.
