I used to love this place the food was so good and now it taste watered down and bland. The dry chili chicken was so flavorful and lightly a crispy and now it is soggy, mushy with no spice

There were bugs all over the restaurant and I also saw a rat. They wont even wash the utensils, I found food on my fork and an earthworm in my fried rice!! In total this is the worst restaurant I have been too.

Food is amazingBut atleast charge fairI called and the guy said 12 so how does total goes from 14 with tax to 15 with tax and at least don’t charge and extra fees on credit card when u already charged 3% tax on the food higher than 8 percent not cools. Other than that good

Masala wok Restaurant serves, Indian, Chinese and Thai food at reasonable rate. Staff are friendly and professional.

Service was not really exceptional, not once did a waiter/waitress come to check on us. When food was served, nothing was explained to us, what each dish was etc. They weren't rude but being openly hospitable is probably just not how they run the place. Don't get me wrong they were not outwardly rude or didnt provide service, they just didnt earn the 5 stars. The food was good at least.Parking: Lots of parking behind the restaurant.

I've been here about 3 years ago. Not sure if the chef has changed, but the food was not the same as I expected it to be. We ordered some appetizers as well as a bunch of main entrées. They gave one bowl of rice with all of the entrées, when it should've been individual rice bowls that came with each entree order. I was disappointed. Waited too long to go back and wasn't even satisfied.Kid-friendliness: Families can take their children with no worry.Parking: There is a parking lot at the back of the restaurant as well as street parking in front of the restaurant.

I've always been very satisfied with their food quality. Their Gobi Manchurian is the best! My teenage sons absolutely love it. I love Thai food but for some reason restaurants just cannot make it mild. Masala Wok does a great job of lowering the spice level without compromising on the taste. Would definitely recommend this place.
First time here and it was delicious! Amazing menu and authentic dishes. I absolutely loved Spicy Lemon Coriander Soup, the vegetable manchurian and Chili Paneer. So delicious and the staff were so kind. Definitely going back. Oh and the spring rolls are so fresh! 5 stars!

Disgusting food!! Stay away unless you want to spend the next 2 weeks on the toilet, begging for your life while you grasp the toilet for dear life!! Took forever, servers were rude, food had no authentic taste and the owner MIKE was just as unprofessional and very condesending.

Tried this place out while shopping in hicksville and whoever served us got very defensive when i asked if the food was Zabiha Halal and im pretty sure he didnt know so he kept saying hes muslim and that everything is halal and avoiding my question lol anyways… i got prawns and my friend got chicken, both were very mediocre in flavor. However, the chicken smelled funky.. almost as if its old idk but yeah never going back

TERRIBLE!!! Waited over 45 mins for 3 chicken entrees and a hot and soup veggie soup. The soup was terrible with only 4 shreds of carrots!!! The man told me due to high pricing we’re only giving ONE sauce. Super weird. The chicken broccoli had no sauce. Super bland. I paid $65 for waiting and terrible food. Super disappointed!!!!! Also I ended up throwing out all the food I got. I should’ve asked for a refund.
