The stars are only for the lovely lady who was running all over delivering orders to tables, out to cars, and handling the register by herself. The kiosks had lines, the drive up es crazy busy, and she handled it all like a champ. Not happy about the 35-minute wait for our food, though.

Have ordered a couple times at this location through drive-thru, but recently had an order pick-up via counter inside of the restaurant. Overall, an ok experience but could've been better. Service was not very fast, especially being that the drive-thru and inside were not very busy and had very few customers. Staff was friendly, but some needs to be more attentive/aware to the customers waiting at the counter. Food was as expected, regular McDonald's quality. Restaurant is very spacious but not entirely clean throughout. Ample parking available on property.

Ordered just 1 Oreo McFlurry with Oreos in the middle and top. The staff was so irritated by a simple order and forgot to put the Oreos on top and out of the goodness of their heart charged me for extra Oreos and m&ms which I didn’t even ask for!

I was there a Sunday, and my drink spilled on the floor, and the lady behind the counter had the nerve to say we don't do refills like as if I wanted a refill my drink was on the floor ...very bad custumer service
There was a time when you could go to any McDonald's in the world, and you would be guaranteed good food, great service at a reasonable price. I guess that is no longer the case. I made the mistake of stopping at the McDonald's on route 107 (hicksville rd) in bethpage for breakfast, only to have the pleasure of being verbally abused by the staff, and then handed a bag of stale food with things I didn't even order! The order was filled wrong, they refused to serve me orange juice and they called me a liar!And for the pleasure of being mistreated, I got to pay $64 for a few breakfast meals..Never again, stay away from this place!

Ordered 2 orders to be picked up inside. One order was missing, while one was showing being prepped on the screen. Got one order and was told they already gave me my orders. Had to wait for the other missing order to be prepped, and no condiments were given even though they were requested when ordering. Asked for ketchup and she gave me 2 for my two orders. No napkins neither.

This is by far the slowest McDonald's I ever been to in my life. There are two McDonald's that are close to my house, one is great and the other one sucks. This one I went to several times only because it was on my way and every time I've been there I've had to wait for my food. Today I had to wait 7 minutes for two cheeseburgers. Now I know 7 Minutes doesn't sound like a long time but it is when you're waiting for "fast food." And how long does it take to cook two hamburgers? They're thin as paper so it shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes. Imagine having to wait at a traffic light for 7 minutes. You would go insane. And the morning crew is worse than the afternoon crew. I went in there one morning and I noticed that there was 2 cars at the drive-thru and the person taking the orders was taking one order at a time serving the person and then taking the next order. That's not the way it's done. The manager needs to step up and do something about this. That particular morning I was on the drive-thru line for about 12 minutes. Also a long time when you're waiting for fast food. And with only two cars in front of me it never should have taken that long. And every time I order an iced tea it is never cold. The ice is completely melted and sometimes it is still warm.
