Its worst poorly managed branch,i ordered coffee and when i picked up from counter, it was like cold instead of hot andalso they did put more sugar then i requested. i complaint to counter , instead of replacing coffee they heated in microwave and given me same coffee. Bad experience and poor customer service.

Went twice in a week at around 12:30 and they didn’t have basic coffee ready. Had to wait 15 minutes at the drive thru for coffee and next time 25 minutes inside the restaurant. They kept asking each other to start the coffee and no one was taking any responsibility or replying as to what’s going on. Pathetic service.

This is the most expensive McDonald i have ever seen. Everything on this location is higher than other locations. I.e 6pc Chicken McNuggets Happy Meal is $8.09, compared to $5.39 in Levittown. What makes this meal 50% more expensive than the location near by?

Service is routinely horrible and employees are apathetic. They regularly skew their speed of service times by having cars pull forward (away from the timer) and then they bring you the subpar food that is past it's prime freshness, thereby reducing their times. It's almost as if this place should be a blueprint of how not to run a restaurant. Used to be that you made allowances, as it was fast and cheap. It is no longer either of these things.
The syrup was definitely out in the coke. I asked for a new coke, and I had 2. The girl who was helping me went to the restaurant floor and got me new cokes. The lady manager saw and told her to tell me no, that machine wasn't working. Even though I could clearly see the 2 new cokes. She wanted me to get sprite instead. So she wasted the sodas and got mad when I asked for a refund. Got home, and the fries were cold, and the burger meat was NASTY. Definitely went bad. This isn't the first time I had an issue at this location, but it will be my last. They're awful, service and food.

We ordered online and pickup drive through. Drive thru service was slow. Food was OK but they filled up large fries in half and worker was look like working forcefully.
