I ordered soup for “rapid pick up”. I get there and the pick up is far from rapid, waited a good 5 minutes for someone to address my standing at the counter. The soup order was for my niece who is sick and I asked the person named Caitlyn if they can put it in a drinking cup instead of the soup cup so my niece can eat it easier, Caitlyn said no. I asked if I can have a drinking cup so I could pour it myself. She said no and I have to buy a drink to get a cup… meanwhile I already purchased a tea as well, so now instead of giving me a cup, tells me I have to buy an empty cup for $4…. It’s a cup… I’m not asking for a free meal.. I asked for the manger and Caitlyn didn’t get them and told me they were busy. Caitlyn then said “I have other customers, so bye” … guess that’s the service you get when you hire high school kids to be the face of your business. No compassion or willingness to help a customer, wont be coming here again, Caitlyn was really rude.

The worst panera bread location. You risk getting sick eating here. Been here so many times, more than 50 times. Most unkept panera bread locatiom that is sticky and dirty place. This location is full of 6 to 8 staff members who are so busy that all three containers of half and half is empty at both the coffee bar and the iced coffee station. Nasty sticky residue at coffee bar and all the dining area tables. Sugar always finished or wet with coffee. No napkins at coffee bar!!! Only this location is cheap with napkins. 90% of the time coffee is finished. Brewed coffee is brewed in flaming water so it tastes terrible. Add all this up and you are coming here for a burnt coffee that you have to wait 20 to 30 minutes everytime to have all the ingredients ready to start drinking it. Guaranteed. Food such as bagels ordered are thrown in the bag and cut in weird shapes sometimes missing a side or two. Staff makes you wait so long everytime even when you came first so the order in which you came in doesn't matter here. It's not worth the wait for buying any food here. They should be paying you to eat here.

The food was great, and the location was convenient. The staff was attentive and always cleaning. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, and a product was short, but the team on site the Sunday evening was quick with a solution, and that made it even a better experience. I will visit again when I am in the area.

This place is a hit-and-miss sometimes you get good service sometimes you get bad service. The first time I came here I spoke with a really nice guy who was very helpful and had awesome customer service skills the second time I went back I got some dumb man who was totally rude and completely dismissive! I honestly don't want to frequent and establishment that constantly runs on hot and cold and the food is not even all that great to begin with
Got the SW chicken salad, a breakfast sandwich with a cup of coffee. My mother just wanted some hot water, and they insisted that they need to charge me $3.95 for the cup. My mother decided to get the coffee, too, just because we paid so much for a cup. They could’ve just given a 0.25 cent small white cup for the hot water. $3.95 for a cup of hot water??? The rest of our order was sub par, expensive. Coffee tasted burnt, too.

The employee with glasses served me our food. When she grabbed a spoon for the sooup, it fell on the floor. She picked it up and put it on one of our plates. I couldn't believe my eyes. I had to ask her to give us another spood.
