The food was great, and the location was convenient. The staff was attentive and always cleaning. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, and a product was short, but the team on site the Sunday evening was quick with a solution, and that made it even a better experience. I will visit again when I am in the area.
This place is a hit-and-miss sometimes you get good service sometimes you get bad service. The first time I came here I spoke with a really nice guy who was very helpful and had awesome customer service skills the second time I went back I got some dumb man who was totally rude and completely dismissive! I honestly don't want to frequent and establishment that constantly runs on hot and cold and the food is not even all that great to begin with
Sandwiches I've gotten from this location were prepared better than most of the other Panera's that I have visited recently. Ordered via mobile app for Rapid Pick-up inside. Some days it was quick and some days you're waiting for a while to get your order, even if the app states that the order is ready for pickup. Dining area is a bit smaller and congested compared to most other Panera locations. Overall, ok experience with this location.
