I live only about 10 mins away from the store. The delivery has been over an hour from when I ordered and apprently the delivery person go lost.
I dont think I'll be ordering from Papa John's in the future.

I came in and waited like about 5-8 minutes for them to stop talking because they where talking in the back and one of them saw me and didn’t say anything it’s took them so long I was about to leave then one of them saw me workers came in and took my order late so disappointed.

This Papa John’s did not honor 2 for 1 bogo, they did not give me a pepperoni pizza but only cheese, and when I called to speak with the store, the person at the other end of the phone said if you ordered with Uber why don’t you complain to them. I asked for his name, and when he said why I said I have the right to ask for his name I don’t appreciate the way he’s speaking to me &! I d like to report him to a supervisor and he hung up on me. He hung up on me more than once and I am going to write to Papa John’s corporate. He was disgustingly rude and obnoxious. I will find out who he was and report him.

When I reached out about the mistake, they had no intention of offering a credit, refund, or any kind of apology. Very disappointing customer service.
