Worst place ever to order… I live 3 mn from the store , and they still take 3hours to deliver. Customer service extremely poor, representative very rude and unprofessional.

I came in and waited like about 5-8 minutes for them to stop talking because they where talking in the back and one of them saw me and didn’t say anything it’s took them so long I was about to leave then one of them saw me workers came in and took my order late so disappointed.

This Papa John’s did not honor 2 for 1 bogo, they did not give me a pepperoni pizza but only cheese, and when I called to speak with the store, the person at the other end of the phone said if you ordered with Uber why don’t you complain to them. I asked for his name, and when he said why I said I have the right to ask for his name I don’t appreciate the way he’s speaking to me &! I d like to report him to a supervisor and he hung up on me. He hung up on me more than once and I am going to write to Papa John’s corporate. He was disgustingly rude and obnoxious. I will find out who he was and report him.

I usually order from here almost every week, especially for pizza. But after this experience, I won’t be ordering again. I ordered wings but received nuggets instead. When I reached out about the mistake, they had no intention of offering a credit, refund, or any kind of apology. Very disappointing customer service.

Terrible service. I walked in to pick up my order and stood there without anyone acknowledging me. One of the employees was just sitting on his phone. I had to say ‘hello’ just to get his attention and let him know I was there for a pickup. No greeting, no sense of urgency—just a lack of basic customer service. Definitely not coming back to this location.

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery on PI day, so they arrived late. I expected them to arrive late, so I wasn't too upset. What was disappointing though, was how it arrived. One of them got smushed and they were both room temperature. If I crave fast food pizza, I will try somewhere else.
