Extremely disappointed with the their so called ‘world famous haleem’. It’s nowhere near the hype, overly priced, and poor quality. Even the naans we ordered with haleem are half baked.

I recently visited Pista House, expecting good service and food, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The food was delayed significantly, and despite multiple follow-ups, the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. There was a clear lack of coordination among the employees, and the service felt chaotic. By the time the food finally arrived, the overall experience had already been ruined. Definitely not what I expected, and I hope they improve their service in the future.

Please do not waste your time going to this place. Worst experience ever! The employees were not polite, and for just one item, they made us wait for an entire hour can you imagine? They seriously need to train their staff better.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this place. The customer service was terrible—rude staff who seemed completely uninterested in helping. We waited two hours for our food, only to receive the wrong order. When we brought it to their attention, they were dismissive and unapologetic. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking. Definitely not worth the time or money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

We went for lunch on a Sunday since our regular places had a long wait time. I was not expecting much given how it's gone downhill last couple of years. Despite that, I was surprised at how bad this was. The buffet table had bits of food - not a single tray was even half full - it looked like they just put all the leftovers and called it a day. Disgusting - never going back to this place.

**Avoid ***Pista House
I ordered gongura biryani from a restaurant where the menu clearly showed $19.99, yet they had the audacity to charge me $25. When I confronted them, they casually dismissed it, claiming the menu wasn’t updated and told me to "check online." Really? When we’re at a restaurant, are we supposed to check an online menu or trust the physical one they hand us? And let me tell you, it wasn’t even proper biryani—just some bland rice mixed with gongura curry slapped together and passed off as biryani. It had none of the essence or flavor you'd expect from a biryani, aside from the fact it had rice. To top it off, the portion size was ridiculously small, and after taxes, the price came to $27. This was a complete rip-off, a waste of money, and an insult to anyone who appreciates good food.

I recently tried Pista House for their famous haleem, and it lived up to the hype. As soon as I opened the container, the rich aroma hit me, and I could tell it was going to be good. The haleem was creamy, with a smooth consistency that made it easy to savor each bite. The slow-cooked meat was perfectly tender, blending effortlessly with the wheat and lentils, and the spices were spot on. I would rate it 5 out of 5. The other food items are also very good and delicious. Must visit place to hang out with friends and family.
