The worst thing about this pizza hut is the employees. There is no care. They completely messed up my order wouldn’t offer me a refund, wouldn’t remake my order, wouldn’t even apologize about. I am now contacting customer service about this but not a good way to do business

The food is good it’s Pizza Hut, but holy the orders, I can’t express how bad they mess up, with no compensation too, ordered a square pizza box, large, for my family of 5 and was told they don’t have the boxes left so instead I got a SMALL circular pizza box and no other compensation, was told to just take it. Horrible experience do not recommend going here if you want some Pizza Hut.

Ordered a large pizza square box and was told they ran out of the boxes and instead gave me a small box not even worth my money, don’t recommend ordering take out from here. Didn’t even compensate or anything.

Thank god my gf and I gave this location (or Pizza Hut in general) a chance. I personally have never had a slice of Pizza Hut pizza before yesterday, although I have known Pizza Hut all my life. We ordered a large tavern ultimate and another combo of fries and quesadilla looking thingy… For food that tastes like this, I think the price was beyond reasonable (we only used in-app coupons available to everyone). Food arrived as described, clean, and warm. Thank you Pizza Hut.

Worst pizza hut ever walked back in letting the cashier know they gave me someone else's order. They said I was lying I should them my receipt I was handed and my online receipt showing they did not match. Cashier says there nothing I can do you walked out the door with the pizza. I walked out the door to my car and back because I noticed the mistake

Ordered a big dinner box specifically for the rectangular pizza. Went to pick up the order and it was circular pizza. Went back in and was told “oh we ran out of the boxes but you have more pizza now”
As much as one can appreciate more pizza I ordered the big dinner box because I don’t like the circular pizza. Didn’t offer to make it correctly. Basically just shrugged it off like it wasn’t their problem.
I tried Pizza Hut and the food was okay, but the service needs improvement. They didn’t pick up the phone when I called and the wait time was too long. I also noticed only one person working, which might explain the delays.

Who took over this branch? So much rudeness from the manager Freddy. Pizza arrived 20 minutes late and was ice cold at the very least he could have spoke respectfully. Corporate will hear about this.
