I had such a wonderful experience at the Red Lobster in Hicksville. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming — they really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was honestly some of the best I’ve had at any Red Lobster. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted so fresh. It’s rare to find a place that feels this warm and consistent. Can’t wait to come back!

Didn't get seated for over 45 minutes past our reservation time and we arrived early. Manager forgot we were here and seated a larger party that arrived after us 20 minutes before we were seated. Both bathrooms backed up, flooded and were closed— the place reeked. Pastas were overcooked and drenched in this terrible version of Alfredo sauce. Only one person wanted to bring any extra food home, it was that bad. It's been 20+ years since I last visited a Red Lobster, and 20 years will be too soon before I go back.

Thank you for your years of service to Hicksville, NY. The food there is always very good! We always enjoy our meal's there! We especially love lobster tails, shrimp and steaks! My favorite is the lobster bisque! The service is always fast and amiable! We only have one criticism, and it is that the dinnerware utensils are sometimes spotty! So I suggest that they always check their utensils before they give it to us to eat with!

My husband and I dine at the Hicksville Red Lobster frequently. We always enjoy our dinner there. Esther is our favorite waitress. She always tells us what specials, like Lobsterfest, are going on. She comes out with rolls and utensils as soon as we arrive. She takes our order promptly. Esther is always very pleasant and very efficient. Our food is always delicious and comes out hot and ready to eat. We have never had any problems at all with any of the entrées we have ordered. The food is always delicious, the restaurant and restrooms are always clean, and it is always a pleasure to talk to Esther. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable about Red Lobster. We will continue to dine at Red Lobster, and we will always ask for our favorite waitress Esther. We had dinner at the Hicksville Red Lobster again tonight, and as usual, we had a lovely evening.

UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT BY INCOMPETENT MEAN (old blonde haired woman) WAITER(S) They gave food to the wrong people, then took it back and gave it to the right people after it was messed over! It was my sis surprise brunch party hosted by a close cousin which started with a bang (cousin & sis hubby who kept her in suspense, did an amazing job) bc she was really surprised & cried along with my oldest nephew! Majority of invitees had arrived so the party was on! My sisters & I are familiar with 2 of the waiters fm the past! Everyone was given the “set menu” to order fm & some ordered fm the main menu too! The initial issues arose fm there being no organization with the set menus! A waiter grabbed them up w/o making sure each the # they were given so there wouldn’t be any mix ups! By the time I got the so called Cajun Chicken Linguine Alfredo, there was a spoon in my food which told me someone else had my food! Normally I would’ve complained & I wouldn’t have eaten the food or paid for nothing, h/e I didn’t want to be a Debby downer so I kept it to myself! Plus I also noticed that all 3 waiters were confused & bringing plates to the wrong tables until everyone had what they selected after many mix ups! I ate 1/2 my food and ended up in the bathroom off and on for hours, then I learned that others had the same issue afterwards! To top it off, they had the bill a mess bc the head waiter didn’t stick to the plan and she allowed things to get mixed up & cause confusion! Later the same blonde haired older woman who always does the party area was sitting making faces at everyone as we took pictures with my parents, sisters, family and friends! There was no confrontation and no one said anything snarky the entire time they messed up bringing the orders, but she had nerve to make faces at us like she didn’t mess up!
