Place is good an all but eh, I feel like the USED to be good bc i saw the reviews and the sandwiches looked AMAZING. I even showed the guy the picture of that one that's really big with sauce dripping out here on google reviews; well needless to say this is the sandwich that I got - kind of pitiful if you ask me add on to the fact that their sandwiches are easily over 15 bucks and I just don't really see the hype to tell you the truth but yeah it's good I mean it's a sandwich I'm not blown away by it or anything. Just mediocre honestly would rather just go to a regular deli

Fav lunch place of all time! I order every Friday at my office because it my cheap meal and boy do they deliver! My fav salad is the bbq chicken salad (sub crispy chicken) ughhh so good and their specials are always amazing

I’ve gone to Roast several times and I’ve never been disappointed. No matter what I’ve tried, it always tastes fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend trying their seasonal or special items like their short rib grilled cheese or grinder sandwich, both were so good and I’m hoping they stay on the menu permanently.

I was here Wednesday 10/5 and the two ladies who worked during lunch absolutely were the sweetest. They fixed my sandwich after a little mixup. I couldn’t thank them enough. The customer service they provided was excellent. The sandwiches are amazing!! 10/10.

I was there today on the hottest day ever on long island. I have to say the 2 girls working there were so nice and helpful. I felt so bad for them cause it was so HOT in there. They were smiling and happy and it was so nice. I got soup yes im aware i was eating soup on the sun but i always liked the chicken tortellini soup. It honestly wasn't good. I don't know why but i took it home and added salt and pepper and alot better. BUT the employees deserve 5+ stars for being so nice in that heat. Thanks ladies

Roast Sandwich House in Hicksville off of Broadway a right into the shopping center. One direction driving in and out of parking lot. Server was good and made suggestions for breakfast menu listing. 2 sandwiches, a lemonade and some sweet potato balls with sugar and cinnamon were the dessert. Food was ok, Barito sandwich was creamy texture. Sail Away is their cold brew coffee brand. Menus both paper at front and display on wall. They are members of "Foodie Card" .Using the QR one an order contact-free and they have curbside pickup. Their signs note Now open Sundays along with noted locations of Mineola, Melville and Hicksville. Another sign notes that the location has been treated with a germicide. They now serve Breakfast, lunch and dinner menu selections. An ok place to stop for a quick meal.

I wish I had known about this place sooner. We had the Egg & Ham grilled cheese and the avocado taost. The egg sandwich tasted fresh and delicious. Avocado toast was loaded with avocados and arugula. Everything was so fresh, and the prices were very reasonable. We're going to come for lunch and try the other sandwiches.

Sandwiches are very good. Not outstanding... just a solid, normal sized sandwich with fresh ingredients. Prices are insane. $32 for two sandwiches, no drinks, no sides. Definitely not worth it.
