Ordered a repeat order from last time in the app. 2 crispy chicken sandwiches with avocado,bacon,Mayo, red onions, lettuce, tomato and chipotle Mayo. Before I even opened the sandwich up I noticed it was in a paper wrap. Then I take the top off the bun and there was no bacon which we paid for, no tomatoes and no chipotle Mayo. We got smash sauce instead. On top of all that we didn’t get a chicken cutlet patty, we got two little tenders on each sandwich. Portion size was way smaller because of this. This was not the $13 sandwich I was expecting. Both orders screwed up and the quality control is a joke. Do I need to actually start opening up the sandwiches at the counter before I leave? Not the first time this has happened. Try to lodge a complaint on the app and it seems like the only way is to go down to the store in person. I can’t attach a photo in the review for some reason. The servers and the cashiers were extremely kind, professional. Making sure we had a good experience. Food was on point. Will definitely be coming more often to this location

It's been several years since first trying this burger chain restaurant's food, and still good variety options available. Of course, prices have drastically changed in over a decade. Still, good tasting smashburgers, but smashed turkey patties were smaller than expected from before. Now, the restaurant no longer offer turkey burgers, but do have smash chicken burgers. Ordered via mobile app for pickup; service was good, fast pickup. Seasoned tater tots and fries were delicious. Also tried one of their crispy chicken sandwich, which was filling, very crispy, and flavorful. The Brussels sprouts side was properly roasted/cooked but tasted very salty. Their smash veggie burgers are better than expected too. Some of the restaurant's seating and tables were not kept clean and had food crumbs and pieces of napkin/paper on it and the floor, too. Parking available in a shared lot located in front of the restaurant.
Vegetarian options: Very good veggie burger also available.
