We hosted a birthday party at the lounge and had a great experience. The staff was helpful and accommodating. They are clean and have the necessary equipment and resources. Glad to have made a decision to go with them. The food quality was good too.

Had dinner there with my family and was really impressed with the service provided. The staff was very tentative and food was delicious with generous portions. The manager came to our table a few times to make sure all our needs were met. He was also very professional and courteous to his own staff. I would definately go back and recommend the place to family and friends.

This place has been closed down for over a month now - I just love how they technically still take orders online lol! We didn't realize until we went to pick up our food that it was closed down - had to put a a stop payment through our credit card company!

Ordered thru Grubhub they received my order just to find out TWO hours later they didn't even make the food. Didn't even try the food but just by the way it's managed I wouldn't recommend at all

the staff is rude, have AVOIDED answering their phone because they knew I was calling with a complaint (with at least 4 staff members in store and not a single customer dining), and have hung up on me! I've now had two experiences where after 2 hours of waiting for delivery, we call the restaurant to make things right, and they have ZERO intentions of doing right by customers. And stated by other customers, they make it hell to get your money back from seamless/grubhub. Downright rotten staff, I would give them a negative review if I could.

I kept calling and no one picked up. We ended up having to drive there only to see 4 staff members and not a single customer. I'd love to hear their reasoning for not picking up. And trust me I was not being "one of those" problem customers, I just wanted a refund for food that came almost 3 hours late, stone cold. I got the refund, but they didn't make it easy. Oh, they also accept online orders when the restaurant is closed! What are they doing over there??? I happily give their competitors down the road my business now, along with everyone I work with. Spice Lounge is absolute trash.

Never ordering from this place again. I ordered their food through GrubHub. I couldn't get a hold of the restaurant after calling 6 times. It was 2+ hours late and had to cancel the order.

I am giving 1 star because there is no zero star. Food taste was worst I walked into the spice lounge / godavri hicksville for dinner time on 07/21/2018 and ordered couples of varieties of biryani on their menu. No of them tasted different they are all same. But they have different names and different prices. Before knowing the food taste I ordered a big tray of chicken dum biryani. Chicken pieces ware under cooked and the rice was taste less. For the first time in my life I saw pepper on the briyani. The tray is worth of $75. Went in to garbage. I have pictures of throwing whole tray in to garbage. I strongly dont recommend spice lounge / godavri hicksville. Its waste of time and money. I spent $321 for the garbage food. I have all the pictures that the food I leftover on table.
