I ordered hot chocolate without milk and I got it with whipped cream… when I showed the cashier she told me in a rude manner “ We can’t make without milk” I said why didn’t you tell me when I ordered because I just had it in Starbucks Battery Park few days ago and she responded me “I didn’t hear you said without milk” @managers of this store kindly train your employees properly… it happened Feb 10,2024 at 8:03pm .

Focus on making drinks for drive up only. They have a sign to asks for your drink for security but, none of the 6 employees are available to ask because they all are making drink for drive up and no one acknowledges your presence.

For starters I shouldn't have to wait over 20 mins for a drink. Very unorganized and have 7 people there. Makes no sense to why I have to wait. And don't get me started on the new employee that works there and refuse to listen to what you ordering.

Handed my food and drink to the wrong car and then gave it to me with no problems.
Their nitro cold brew doesn’t taste right. I get a nitro every morning and sometimes from different Starbucks, this Starbucks in particular tastes the worst. I don’t know if they aren’t cleaning their nitro keg or if they cut the nitro with the regular cold brew.
