I ordered online through subway app and the worker didn’t give my order to DoorDash guy and they said that this is pick up order and I can’t give it to you and then dasher called me and told me that this person is not agreed to give me the package and they canceled my order and also they didn’t give me my money back this is ridiculous and when I talk to the manager at that time they said you have to talk to the subway franchise about this because you ordered from the online app I have all proof but they don’t want to listen anything when I trying to do dispute my charges they said you have to talk to the merchant

Just terrible customer srvice. She was an elder Indian woman working on Sunday evening 07/27/25. Not only was she careless coughing but didnt even bother to close my sandwich. I had to reassemble my subway sandwich after opening it

Worst service ever my sister order a footlong cookie through the subway website and not the app but we didn't know that and the payment still went through. We call them saying if they got the order and said no and it has to be through the app. We didn't know that and we didn't even get our money back.

This is best Subway in Hicksville, i always get veggie patty they made it so delicious. Never had bad experience from here. The whole staff is good natured.

We already know how downhill the quality of subway has been. I came to this plaza because there is a new wingstop being built (I thought it was open). Since I was here already I walked into subway and was ready to give it another go. I paid 20 dollars for a Diet Coke and footlong sandwhich with turkey, roast beef and ham. One singular slice of each to be exact. I would never recommend this subway or any subway to anyone unless they love getting ripped off and disappointed. How could the senior employee that made my sandwich think in any world that this okay to do. Possibly Worst dining experience I’ve had in my life.

I just came into this location & the lady taking my order was on the phone with the c phone on her ear while taking my order & making my sandwich very unprofessional & even got my order wrong for lack of paying attention to the customer , she put only cheese on my sandwich & toasted it without the salami then gave me attitude as if it was my fault then proceeded to put cold salami on my sandwich when I said i wanted it hot !! Then just threw the salami on my sandwich after making it look very unappetizing, I don’t suggest coming to this location horrible service it takes your appetite away! There’s other subways closer & way better! Get better staff!
