Awful service. There are no greetings or thank yous. The worker didn't hand me the packed food. Left it on the counter and walked away. Not going to this store again.

The bread definitely not fresh, it's stale. The spinach is slimy and soggy. Overall Awful.

Hoped into the store, asked him how is he doing twice with intervals, no response. He was talking to someone over the phone as far as I have heard.
Stood in front of the counter for another five minutes, he doesn’t even move. Took a chair and sat down for some moments and guess what, he doesn’t even flinch. We had nothing to do but walk out of there.
And it was pretty warm inside when its 83 outside.

Worst service ever. Employee did not want to work. He was dropping food on the floor and then picked it up and placed it back on the tray. When i questioned him, he said the owner advised him to do this and told me to talk with them. I asked to speak with the owner, he simply said he is not coming in today. No one deserves this kind of service. There are so many other subways that provide better service. Please be safe.

We picked up an online order. Two different accounts. Two different sandwiches. A cheese bread for one order and Italian bread for the other order. These sandwiches were ordered separately . Two different names. The guy behind the counter switched the breads. He told my boyfriend it’s the same bread. No its not . A cheese bread is not the same as a plain Italian bread. The worker realized his mistake and did not want to make it right, he kept saying “same bread.” We are not stupid and we knew it wasn’t the same. He did not speak english well. I asked for a coupon for the next time since it was his mistake. No apology . No coupon. At least say you’re sorry. In this type of job you need to speak and understand English well and he did not. We won’t be back to this location . Shame on the owners ! Thank God we had no allergies. Thumbs down . This place and parking lot sucked!
