I ordered delivery to my workplace at 3:30 AM since I do the night shift as a nurse. I am vegetarian and so I ordered 2 tacos and swapped the beef out for black beans. When I finally receive my order an hour later, both tacos had beef. Imagine waiting for an hour at 3:30 in the morning for your food and when you receive it, you can’t even eat it. Are the people working at that time illiterate or something?? Do they have a hard time reading a list? So disappointed with the service. I guess these days you hire anyone to work at fast food, clearly people who can’t follow simple instructions and do their job right. Will never ever be coming back to this horrible place at this location.
Taco Bell used to be late night monchy food, that wasn't too expensive. We all knew it was incredibly unhealthy. Made for very poor ingredients, not quality food. Now it's expensive garbage. More and more. The wraps and the tacos are stale. Crack cold and not nearly full of what it should be full of not to mention the forever problem of the tacos sticking to the rapper. And when you take it out, it destroys the taco. You would think for the money we're paying. You could fix that You need to lower your prices. And hire people that speak english. And I hope to God you're not hiring people who Don't be longin this country. Who broke into this country illegally Give them incentives to learn english. Maybe they can become part of society and make real Money

I have been going to Taco Bell since they first opened MANY years ago. Most of their stores are very clean. While their selections have expanded, so have the prices, and in some cases, dramatically. You're encouraged to use the touch screen near the entrance to place your order. I am sure that they did that to cut down on ordering errors. The quality of the food is good. Nothing to get excited about, and mostly bland, hence the enormous amount of sauces, from mild to HOT, available to bring out the flavor. Part of the process is asking you to make a donation by rounding up any cash below the next highest dollar. Arbitrarily, if you are ordering a taco for a dollar, and your bill would be $1.09, including 8.625% tax, they want you to essentially pay double for the same taco. I refuse to do that. I limit my entire charitable contributions to the Salvation Army, where 100% of your donation goes to help many thousands of men and women addicted to drugs and alcohol. Some charities siphon of HALF of the money they get and share it with their staff. They should be ashamed. 'nuf said.
I drive for Uber and they have no pickup option after 10. Wasted an hour waiting on line. Other fast food places have separate windows for delivery drivers. DRIVERS DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Owners have no shame
