Very upset, everytime we order they mess up our order. We do not eat beef and end up with beef in our food order. Not sure why they cannot pay attention to orders.

This place obviously changed management and/or owners recently & it’s not for the better. This used to be my go to Taco Bell because of the accurate orders, fresh food & friendly employees. Orders are frequently inaccurate now. (Even when they are correct on the screen.) Tacos are ALWAYS broken & today they were horribly stale.This location used to have the best Pico de Gallo, now it’s not fresh & tastes old & rancid. Employees are very distracted & don’t interact with customers. I hope things improve, or I’m going to have to find another location.

Been out of the dragon fruit freeze for over a week now, it's limited-time, how about restocking the syrup for it? Other than that, always good.

Time to boycott all taco bells locations. Most locations are cold, disgusting and you feel bite sand or rocks in your food. This one was the last straw. Ordered Chicken Enchilada burrito and Cheesy Double beef buritto. Paid near $7. Both were filled with 95% rice inside. How desperate are you to save a buck? You just lost a customer for life from all locations. $7 for some tortilla and rice. Wow!!!! Barely tasted meat and I had to search for it. So much rice. Keep up the work taco bell. Making rice so affordable for everyone hahaha!!

Horrible delivery order, my items were undercooked. Also I've been to dozens of Taco Bell locations and this may be the first I've ever come across that never has Mango Fiesta tea every time I order from them. Not sure why, must be bad franchise ownership I guess.

This place is really occupy with nasty manager. I went to place pizza order and request manager to cut pizza with cutter which is not contaminated with beef or meet. He expressed such a nasty attitude and deliver my pizza without cut. I asked him to take it back or cut it with washed cutter. Finally he did it but messed up pizza intentionally when cut. I knew that this place as consistent bad impression and going worst. Don't know that Taco Bell head office taking any action or prefer to lose customers.

Do not plan on pickup in future time as they will make the food right away. With this my food sat for a while before I could pick it up regardless of setting in the app a future time. This made the food cold and barely edible.

I don't know what's going on at this restaurant. But you should close. You don't get orders, right? Everybody is rude. The food is an edible. It's cold. The tacos are never in one piece. The food is all over the bag. I can go on and on go to the one on south oyster bay road, much better
