When I asked for them to please reschedule they redacted their statement of my prize that I won in a raffle I might add and said maybe I’ll win the next one. Ridiculous and inconsiderate business of peoples work schedules and lives

We held a small party to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary at The Cook’s Studio in Hicksville and everyone had a GREAT Time. We prepare a Thai Fried Rice with shrimp, Coconut Lemongrass Soup & Papaya Peanut Salad. The owner Victor, worked with us 100%. We needed to ensure that the list of foods were okay for all of our guests as far as allergies and dietary issues (Kosher chicken). Our chef, Mick, made sure that our guests felt comfortable in watching his demonstration and then preparation of their meals, giving suggestions along the way. We were only able to invite 26 people, but that made the party more intimate. This was our 2nd time there, as we had taken a dumplings class a few months prior. We will definitely be returning for more classes in the future!

Just experienced the Ramen class yesterday and it is fantastic. You want to learn about ramen dishes, you want to experience the making of ramen from the noodle to the broth...Take this class. Not only a great tool to get you started, you will have fun and enjoy some wine. Over all an A+++ in my book. Will be back for another class soon. Bob

I have taken a few classes now and can’t say how much I have been each time. Everything is so clean, fresh, well designed , and prepared. All of the staff - chefs, wine sellers and pourers , and the helper, are so pleasant , helpful while being friendly and welcoming. Nothing is a d*** question. Fun experience!!

The class was so much fun and a great idea for a date night. The chef was so informative and friendly and the class seemed good for all levels of experience (we did the homemade pasta). Will definitely be going back!
Went for the sushi class. Great date idea. Nice ambience, good ingredients and everything well-prepped. Chef Mick was fun and informative in leading the class and Chef Victor was very helpful and accommodating when making arrangements. Would definitely recommend

Chef was personable, friendly and explained everything well. location was good, easy parking. We came from Flatbush Brooklyn, 55 min without traffic. The demonstration was easy to understand and follow and there was a recipe sheet in case you needed. The chef circulated to check on you and each party had their own table with their ingredients so there was social distancing. Our dumpling came out great and my husband and I has a lot of fun

Excellent birthday date night today 9/12/21. A fun environment and great experience. Chef Victor and all the staff were wonderful. Instructions were clear, staff werehelpful and encouraging. We will be back very very soon! Oh and the wine was great too!

Perfect place for a work event! My office came here as a party of 13 and we got to cook, drink wine, and hang out. Couldn't ask for anything better. Chef Victor was funny, helpful, and patient with us. Also thanks to Lydia for being so knowledgeable about the wine! Will definitely be back.
