Good evening! I don't know where to start 😕. I'm using Tom's Kitchen 2 for 3 year's. I ordered my food from them today. I ordered different dishes but I received something else. When, I called to complaint the Boss told me that they give me something free 😂. How can you misunderstand garlic and carry? I told her we have allergies to curry, but her answer was the best! Miss curry is very good you should try it and you got something free 🤣. She hangup on me 😂

11/15/25 Horrible. I stopped there and they charged me $30. From the moment I walked in, I stared at the filth. When I got home and opened the box, the food was disgusting. I ordered fried chicken and it looked awful on the plate. It was revolting; it looked like the chicken had been killed on the spot. I would never buy food there again.

I love Tommy Kitchen - They have excellent customer service and excellent food - I would have given 5 stars for food but they changed their wonton recipe. I was happier with the wontons before the change. - I love their fried wontons and wontons soup. Their ribs are always perfect - all their food is great. They are so very nice.

I've been getting food here a long time and they're always kind and timely. Prices are better here than some other takeouts too, at least in my experience. It's not the best takeout I've ever had, but it's the best I've found in the area while living here.

The gentleman donald, that left the review three weeks ago.If he's been going there for forty years, he should have realized tommy.The owner does not own that place anymore.His cousin doesTommy hasn't owned that place in probably the past ten years. I ran into tommy, the owner shoprite and comac, where he was serving his chinese food there.
We are well traveled, educated New Yorkers, we know what good Chinese food tastes like and this is NOT it!!!! Do you think that this is what Americans want to eat? WE DONT!!! I knew John when he owned this restaurant and his food was outstanding! $50 for lunch later…. What happened to this place? The food used to be excellent. No pork in the fried rice. Just brown. No flavor in the pork dumplings. Just bland food. My order was to be delivered at 2:00. At 2:20 I called, they forgot my order. They said they will cook it quick. It tasted like it. What a disappointment. Never again. You ruined this establishment.

The reviews on this spot are pretty bad, but I didn't know that when I went inside recently when I was in the plaza picking up something from the CVS. Have tried this spot twice now, I tried 2 of the lunch combos, shrimp with cashew and the pepper steak, both with pork fried rice and an egg roll. Both times, they made everything seemingly fresh to order, packaged it nicely, and it was ready fairly quickly.
