Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The food was great! But the workers were extremely rude. I got a wrap that normally has pesto in it but I don’t like pesto so I asked for it without and they said yes that’s fine. It comes out and it was wrong, it was full of pesto so I told them and they said they’d remake it and as I’m sitting there waiting for it all I hear is “I don’t even understand why she wants it like this, like it’s so bad without pesto, what is she thinking, i already know she’s going to hate it” (I loved it by the way) she said this very loudly to where everyone in the place heard it. No matter what your opinions are, you don’t get to comment on other peoples orders. This really upset me and I will not be returning.

I went inside to buy a banana for 1.75 plus tax , total came to 3.58 not explanation , just crazy !!!

The absolute worst tropical smoothie there is. How is it that every single time I order from here they mess it up in one way or another. One time I stood there for 20 minutes just for them to hand me my food which was sitting behind the counter for no reason. Best part is that it was the wrong food. Today my coworkers and I order lunch from here and of course the orders are wrong again. The food is in bags with the wrong names. The smoothies that clearly state “no turbinado” of course have turbinado in them. Maybe it’s my fault for continuously ordering from here. The level of incompetence of the kids who work here somehow still surprises me every time.

The location was clean, well-organized, and had plenty of space to sit. The smoothie we ordered was delicious and clearly made with care. The team was quite busy, so there was a slight delay in ordering—but that just shows how popular the place is! Kudos to the hardworking staff for keeping things moving. We'll definitely be back!

Has gone downhill recently. I go pretty regularly, and in the past two months I've had: a hummus veggie wrap with no hummus, an extremely chunky smoothie, my order stolen, and now an entirely wrong smoothie given to me, and I'm almost certain they messed up on the replacement smoothie because it's way sweeter than usual. I usually get the sub Splenda option, this doesn't taste like that, so 60g of sugar added to my diet that I didn't want.

The last one is just a guess and I can't confirm, but too many bad things to give a good review. I would recommend tropical smoothie as a whole, but just not this location. I don't think I'll be back for quite a while.
