Found a roach in my smoothie dont go here

The manager here is very nice, you can tell he clearly cares about the customers.

Food is always yummy. Spacious and service is quick.

I ordered an açaí bowl and was shocked at how sloppily it was made. It’s usually well put together, but I believe the place is under new management. The bowl wasn’t even full—definitely disappointing.

Our server Lamar made our first time experience with tropical smoothie cafe absolutely wonderful. I wasn't sure what I should order and he asked me what kind of fruits I like and he recommend the sunrise sunset smoothie for myself and the Bahama mama smoothie for my husband. He also made sure he asked if I was allergic to Peanut butter.

This is the way a business should be. Staff is always friendly. Owners are awesome. Fast service. Definitely recommend.

This location is spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and service was very fast, especially compared to other locations. Still think some items are pricey for the amount you get. Food quality is good. A lot of parking available in shared lot, but can be busy sometimes.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The way Zlatan has ran this place is top level. My coworkers and I work very early in the morning and Im always on the run with a busy schedule, but the speed and great service that Zlatan, his mother, and all of the staff have given me and my coworkers has been exceptional these 4 years of going to this place. This tropical smoothie is definitely the best one Ive been too and the food never fails, always great. Excellent Job.

A refreshing discovery! I tried Tropical Smoothie Cafe for the first time through their free smoothie promotion and was hooked! Their smoothies are consistently delicious, and their acai bowl is a tasty treat too. I've returned multiple times since, and the service is always fast and friendly. A great spot to grab a quick, healthy, and flavorful drink or snack. 4/5 stars!

My father was driving me home from surgery so I ordered an avocolada minus the turbinado, + acai and almonds through the app and send him in to pick it up. It had sugar so I asked him to go back in and have it fixed. The second one has sugar. So I haul my fresh from surgery self out of the car, go in, and they try to gaslight me saying the acai is sweet, the fruit can be sweet, the almonds can be sweet. I was like, lady, almonds don't have sugar and I order this at other locations all the time. I can taste the 60g of sugar in here. They say they'll remake it one more time. From the back I hear the guy working with her say "Ohhhhhh, turbinado!" and then hear a bunch of laughing, and they finally brought me out a smoothie with no sugar. Are you freaking kidding me that the employee didn't know that the turbinado was sugar? Some people medically cannot have that amount of sugar and I'm one of them. Super ticked that I had to deal with this and gaslighting just trying to get some decent post surgery nutrition. Also, don't be fooled by the listing it is NOT a drive through.
