I feel bad for writing a bad review but the service was horrible. I really didn’t want to write a bad review, but after the experience I had twice , I feel like it’s justified. I went to this place 2nd time with my friend there service was super slow and I called twice there staff member and he just ignored us. I’ll never go there

I’ve been coming to this establishment for years and have always enjoyed the food, which is why I chose to host a party here recently. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and didn’t reflect the level of care or service I had come to expect as a loyal customer.
Our main dishes took nearly two hours to arrive, and several full entrees were cleared from the table without anyone offering to pack them or asking if we’d like to take them home. We lost at least three untouched dishes this way. While I understand it’s usually the host’s responsibility to request leftovers, it was surprising that no one offered or checked—especially given the size of our party.
I also asked for a water jug during the event to avoid purchasing individual bottles, but was told they didn’t have any available. With a large group, this resulted in nearly $40 spent just on bottled water, which felt excessive and unnecessary for a dine-in setting.
I’ve always appreciated the quality of the food here, but this experience left me feeling overlooked and disappointed. I truly hope the management takes this feedback to heart and works on improving the service and attention to detail—particularly for customers hosting special occasions. At this time, I’m unsure whether I’ll be returning..

We have visited this store three times, food quality is good but service is very slow and we order some item yesterday from uber eat they delivered within one n half hour , we ordered 5 butter naan they send three with butter and two without butter. Very disappointed with the store
