I used the app and drive through. There was a long wait to get to the window, although only 2 cars were ahead of me. The employee tried to hand me a drink order that was not mine. This was quickly corrected. It was not until I had driven away that I discovered my chicken nuggets were missing from the order. I was unable to go back due to distance and time restraints.

Don't Order from here. The absolute worst!!Ordered from here. Didn't get a receipt nor my chicken nuggets. Drove back to ask for a refund. They had an attitude bc I wanted a refund of my entire order. Didn't even try to make things right. Didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Lack of customer service. Manager tossed the bag of food hard in the trash as if that was going to bother me to escalate the situation.

Today, Sunday, March 10, 24, my daughter and I, went to buy breakfast. The manager took our order wrong and when we tried to explain it, she yelled at us and treated us very badly. I will NEVER go there again. Very bad attitude!

this has to be the worst wendys in america... ive been there 3 times this month and 3 times they have screwed up my order even when ive asked them to confirm it and check my bag. With 2 small children in the car and a line of people behind me in the drive through i dont have the luxury of pulling over to check my order... not that i should have to anyway... but now a third time this month... awful service when you just cant seem to get the basics right.11/14/23no lie.. its been 10 years and the are still doing this. i dont know why i continue to go back there, must be the proximity to where im at, but they just shorted me yet another burger. this has happened no less than 10 times now. im starting to wonder if someone is skimming.

Hours are deceptive. Dining room closes before 1* but there’s no indication outside or online. Food is Wendy’s.*I tried going at 10PMEdit: we ordered delivery and the fries and nuggets arrived cold and hard. Driver took less than 20 minutes from placing the order.
